To join the meeting via either of these 2 ways: • Click this hyper-link: https://bit.ly/301hqTK and the meeting will start in your Zoom app OR • Open the app, click ‘Join’ and enter the following details: • Meeting ID: 838 0032 6362 • Password: Virtual 3. Choose what you do!!
You do not have to do all these social engagement tools to be part of the Virtual Race. Choose what works for you, what you’re comfortable with and how you want to interact with others.
Technology and social media aside, after your race we hope you dissolve into the couch with a renewed sense of satisfaction and community engagement after joining others for an awesome run together!
Technology Tips
These apps will drain your battery a bit more than normal. Make sure your phone is fully charged beforehand – but you should not have to carry a battery charger with you (unless you ZOOM it all!)

Results
In order to compile a set of results, we ask that you manually enter the details of your race into the online results table on EventPlus. This is not mandatory but allows you to compare your efforts to everyone else.
Please upload your results by 8:00pm Sunday 14th June (race day evening).
STEPS: 1. Go to the Results page on the Trail Running Series website and click the UPLOAD button 2. This will take you to the login page for your entry profile with EventPlus – LOGIN using the same details as when you entered 3. Once logged into your summary page click the green UPLOAD NOW button. The results table will ask for these fields: • Distance raced (either 5, 10 or 15km) • Time to run your race distance • Elevation gain (how many meters you climbed during your race. Put 0 if unknown) • Race course type (sealed road, footpath, dirt roads, trails) • You can also share a photo and brief summary of your race! That’s it. Your results will now be online on the results page
Please enter your results by 8:00pm on race day evening (Sunday 14th June). We will announce the winners and award some prizes on the TRS Facebook page at 8:30pm Sunday night.
Race winners’ results will be checked against their STRAVA record in the TRS Strava Club (so you’ve got to be honest!)
Results FAQs
What if I run further than the distance I entered? That’s fine, put in the maximum race distance you did run (either 5km, 10km or 15km) and the time it took you to run that distance. Eg. If you entered the 10km race but ran 11.3km - then upload a distance of 10km and the time it took you to run that 10km.
What if I run less than the distance I entered? The same as the example above, so if you entered the 10km and you ran 9.2km then upload into the results a distance of 5km and the time it took you to run that 5km.
Beat the Barista - and win a free coffee!
10KM PARTICIPANTS: Test your speed against our friends from ‘The Melbourne Coffee Ground’ by racing against the baristas and comparing times afterwards
Females who run faster than Zabs (Emily Zaborski #331) and males who run faster than Ty (Tyler James #332) will receive one free coffee at our first Trail Running Series physical race later in the year.
Ty is aiming for 4:50/km pace; Zabs will run 5:10/km pace. Have you got the goods!??

Make sure you UPLOAD YOUR RESULTS to be in the running, and those that beat their time can claim a coffee from their caravan next time we see them!
