Freelance Architect & Designer
· Residential project | Leadership with partner: Overseeing the entire de-
sign process for a residential project redesign, from initial survey to final execution. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting client meetings and delivering detailed execution drawings, lists, and schedules, collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers and ensuring ongoing effective communication with the construction engineer to facilitate smooth project completion.
· External partner: Collaborating with fellow architects to contribute to the execution of drawings and renderings, using Autocad, Sketchup and Enscape.
· Accessibility consultant for PWDS: Conduct thorough assessments in pub-
lic buildings as part of the Technical Chamber of Greece’s National Action Plan for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, to identify areas for improvement and suggest necessary modifications to enhance accessibility in public interest buildings.
· Building energy assessor: Evaluating and certifying both residential and commercial properties for energy performance.
