Decided I would write this article for feedback. Someone suggested that it be degenerates and their supporters who would come to the defense of these hiring policies. This article expresses my opinions from which come from having dealt with these businesses as a customer and know people who work in these places not to mention know endless people who have been rejected with qualified work histories. I said "no" to people who said "there is no problem here with the hiring here" then found other places which were similar, even took on the business model from the family which started this degenerate hiring style and now and think many people see this as a problem. In fact, I have a family friend, an ex-girl friend and the stories of other girls who went to crazy extremes, jeopardized their health and almost died to be beautiful - anorexia, bulimia, etc. I have had friends and people I've met hate being born a "Indian Man" or a "Color Man" and then be told Mental Health isn't always a gene pool thing –it is situation environment-based as well. Imagine society business leaders and others promote the advancement of only women they find attractive or some other irrational decision, it makes it really tough for others and cost tax payers money to provide the support services to keep young men and women healthy and to understand how business and hiring is done right when their only experience is filled with discrimination then humiliation for not accepting the wrong. When sexual exploitation, predatory selection of girls based on their looks, grooming then breeding them to believe the only option is to accept the abuse they receive and "allow what’s happening", to a point where the sexual abuse, torment and blackmail are over looked you get a situation like Rotherham, UK - where for 20 years, even the police and government officials turn a blind eye. Many of you will assign this as a race issue but sexual exploitation has nothing to do with race, it has to do with the degenerates from all races and places who design and feed it.

The articles above tell you why hiring someone to do recruitment or working as a manager from a previous work history from the restaurant industry from restaurants like Earl`s Bar + Kitchen, Cactus Club Cafe, JOEY Restaurant Group, or restaurants named in the articles above, more times than none, might not be the best decision for your organization or team. When I looked deeper it wasn't just the exploitation of young girls or discriminatory hiring practices - it was employment with racial barriers, cultural restraints and the blind eye to open discrimination and any attempts at equal opportunity.

We live in a dynamic multicultural, accepting world where our Constitutional Human Freedoms to be gainfully employed should be representative of our nations progress as well as our previous work OR if little or no experience is necessary, a fair run at employment. However, there are jobs where this is not the case. Imagine if people only got hired based on what management found attractive looking like the articles above suggest or certain men were turned away based on their cultural background - the exact opposite of Freedom and Free-Enterprise - the very things we go to war for. We have that today and people management who deny a fair work and hiring policy, in a personal opinion shared by many, should not be left in jobs where decisions have to be made for what is best for the organization, Human Resources or any hiring manager post. These degenerates are working people who turn away candidates based on their

disapproval of candidates based on things which have nothing to do with what is required for the job sometimes - things like how sexually attractive the young girls who apply are or the cultural background of a candidate, skin color, gender, sexual preference or men of who wear head coverings (Jewish, Sikh etc) and so forth. At the restaurants listed in the links above, I have never seen Sikh men with turbans, traditional long locks of hair tied neatly in a turban with or without beards, I only notice this because my background is from India. The defense for them is be cause their beards get in the food but then you'll often see men with beards/facial hair working there who are white and/or wearing baseball caps.

These places also groom and breed these young people into the idea Racism, Sexism, Discrimination, Blackmail even Torment and Abuse are all appropriate measures to keep employees in line with this degenerate behavior.

If these people were in recruitment, they might place perfect good people, but they might kill your chances of placing the best candidates in the right jobs because these people exercise and promote biased opinions in their day-to-day work life. You will also notice they won't hire you daughter if she’s unattractive to the hiring managers, so tell your ugly daughter to stop crying and get a job somewhere else - bring the daughter the hiring manager finds attractive and you'll notice she's in 4 inch heels or a mini-shirt or some tight tube thing selling herself as body meat so that these local "restaurants" can stay busy. Seems like exploitation of young girls and filtering the minds of the young boys who work there to promote degenerate behavior is there because the managers and the people who run these places are grooming and breeding these youth to accept that this as the norm. The management and staff at all levels at these places seem to support what goes on here to groom young boys and young girls to learn that sexual and non-sexual exploitation, abuse, torment, racism, sexism, gender bias, blackmail and to sell girls as body meat for money are mandates of Earl`s Bar + Kitchen, Cactus Club Cafe, JOEY Restaurant Group, or restaurants named in the articles. If I wanted that from a female server to be selling her body as meat for sale, I go to a strip club or something no? These are usually underage girls or somewhere in the 16-25 age mark at these restaurants.

I had a girl friend say "the girls bring it on themselves - theywant to dress andact like that" so I said, "it's justas much the job ofa business which is well managed to fostertheiryoung employees to be betterthan it is forthem to promote racism, sexism, torment, abuse, blackmail and the sexual exploitation ofa naive child". Apparently, I was the crazy one for making that statement.

In many cases, when these people are recruiters or in any work places you are asking them to put aside their fear & hate for ethnic men, non-trusting attitudes of different cultures and communities, unethical selection of candidates, sometimes racist, gender bias with their support of the act of sexually exploiting young naive female employees while excluding people based on their gender, cultural and ethnic background to deliver what they think the client is looking for rather than selecting staff from proven hard skills or transferable skills or just someone who is willing to work but is not given a fair chance - that means failure for everyone involved.

These people might not be completely be useless but, are definitely dangerous to business and, cultural norms. Let's not forget the long-term headaches with bad business complaints and constantly under the legal wire trying to prove wrong is right. These people should be kept far from making decisions - unless they're hiring girls to still be selling their body for tip money.

What to conclude:

Recently those establishments have been using 3rd Party Recruitment Firms to get servers and staffbecause they don't want the liability of hiring, then exploiting the members oftheir staffwith encouraging hiring practices used in discriminating candidates based on gender, race, religious background and any combination plus anything else which might have nothing to do with their ability to do the job - the girls almost entirely based on looks and the boys picked partly if they were homo-sexual so the select heterosexual few who were hired didn't have to compete for the girls - everyone blind eyed themselves to a whole set ofqualified workers or workers who wanted to show they could do the job but never got a chance. These 3rd Party Recruitment firms are asked to ignore or support that servers who are young girls be ready to dress is sexual provocative dress code (that the standards and regulation ignore just for these place) with the encouragement to use their bodies to sell for tip money & attention all while asking these exploited girls

to take responsibility as part oftheir job. Even reject those girls who won't act in this degenerate way to going as far as to terminate them from work because if it.

Not to mention, if your son or daughter covers their head religiously (Jewish, Sikh etc) or your son has facial hair as a religious symbol - they won't hire them for that reason but often you might see a white man with a baseball cap and a beard. Don't want to mention this again, but the founders ofthis business model with these family aided restaurants started the business in Alberta where this was clearly more accepted. Maybe somebody should do a hidden sting operation with camera and microphones like "CBC MarketPlace" does to see what really goes on in these places?

Unfortunately, calling on 3rd Party Recruitment firms to take the heat for poor hiring policies does not legally save them and ifthis what they do to make money, obviously these places are not that great. The restaurant still gets 100% ofthe blame (legally as well) not the 3rd party recruitment firm for screening them. Typify this person and avoid them at all cost - run for your life! Don`t deal with losers like this. Poor business professionals are not how you want to model for yourselfhow to be as a professional or who want to hire as an employee. The people who do the hiring in these places, are degenerates, sexual predator types or people who are not smart enough to influence positive change.

Let`s say you were proactive and wanted to investigate for yourself: Even ifone were to call their head office and ask any ofthese questions they would say "No" and would make up as much baloney as one could to defend bad business - These are typical questions consultants like myselfwould investigate before ripping them to the ground to theircompetition & annihilating them in humiliation trying to prove theyare trying to prove wrong is right:

"Didn't you notice that the service sucked when you added the tip automatically to the bill?"(this happened at Earls Bar + Kitchen so maybe that`s why the prices are so high) "Didn't you do a review on the hiring?"

"Didn't you notice that your business had disregarded entire segments of qualified food and service workers who were ethnic men, seemed sexist, gender biased, sometimes even targeting people based on sexual preference when hiring people for your establishment?" "Did you not screen them before the waitresses start work looking like were selling themselves for money?" How long has your restaurant establishment supported the exploitation ofyoung girls with the encouragement ofthis kind of behavior? When they say "we don't encourage it they girls do that on their own". Ask them "what has your business done to slow it down or stop it?" and they say "it is not our responsibility" you can be assured that their goal is the selling of your daughter as body meat for money. The high school slogan is "They sell Girls at Earls" - don't let your daughter be exploited to be trained to sell her body for money. Your kids are worth more than that and deserve better. Many managers from this industry work in recruitment so be careful - I know of one who has an interest is in winning awards and collecting a fan base. This person went from hiring people at a restaurant based on their looks to working in recruitment - you don't think this person is going to be a little biased in their approach? Of the ones who worked at these places who are halfcapable to being able to mix among the masses either(A) Too stupid to care or know why this matters? OR (B) Have seen it, have grown from it and are quietly focusing on educating others and moving away from this - thus a reason, they are in recruitment/Human Resources in part.

Customer Service has nothing to with how half naked you get unless, you work in a strip-club. Call the police. Get a lawyer. Be Vocal. Female employees are terminated/fired if they do not wear a mini-shirt, mini-skirt, tight tube like garments, super-high heels or anything that you think is sexually provocative. If this is happening to you or anyone, you are being sexual exploited in an abusive manner for money and it's illegal. Call the police. Get a lawyer. Be Vocal. Employees are tormented to wear things or act in a way you know is exploiting you or others (including teenagers and youth) and you know you will be fired for standing up for your rights and the rights of your co-workers. If this is happening to you or anyone, this is called blackmail, exploitation, torment, abuse and it's illegal. Call the Police, tell someone you trust, get a lawyer and be vocal.

Just because Female co-workers support degenerate management which supports the exploitation and abuse of other Female staff - it Does Not Make It Right.

Your kids deserve better, call the police and become vocal. Share your experiences with other parents. Call the police. Get a lawyer. Be Vocal. If you notice candidates did not get the job and think it's because they might not be as attractive, a race issue, gender issue, skin colour, religious head covering or religious discrimination

ie. beards, head pieces, anything which is not hurting you or someone else and does not interfere with your ability to do your work this is also, illegal. If this is happening to you or to anyone - this is Sexism, Racism, Exploitation and several types of abuse and it's illegal. Call the police. Get a lawyer. Be Vocal.

If you're employer fires you for defending your right to dress without being exploited, tells you that if you tell anyone else that coworkers are being taken advantage of or exploited that you will be fired this is also illegal. If this is happening to you or to anyone - you are being blackmailed, contributing to the sexual abuse of another, torment and harassment and it's illegal. Speak up, there are plenty of employers who won't do that in jobs which pay the same in the same sector or otherwise. Call the police. Get a lawyer. Be Vocal. If your lawyer won`t stand up for your right to equal employment and fair treatment - there are many go somewhere else. Call the police. Get another lawyer. Be Vocal. Employees are a COST OVERHEAD and should be trained to SERVICE CUSTOMERS. Not the Other Way Around. Not at the Cost Of Exploiting and Degenerating the minds of young, impressionable people.

Remember:

As a Free-Enterprising business professional, I don't eat at any of the places listed above unless I'm with someone and they want to go there.

These are degenerates and far from the American Dream, celebrated by their supporters to advocate for this kind of behavior. I was also raised in a house by a tough minded mother who was not only a union local president for 16 years but also with her, 3 older sisters and many aunts who were in women freedom and activist movements for the advocacy of Human Freedoms and the advancements of Constitutional Rights and Freedoms of South Asian women so my views on this behavior are like this for good reason. I have also had an ex girlfriend and a family friend who almost died to be able to look good because they felt they way they looked was a draw back they had in getting ahead in life. They said it was a mental health issue - damn right it is caused by losers in positions of influence not just at these restaurants. It can be situationenvironment based or run in your gene pool, in either case your child will be put on psychotropic medication and they're bodies may never return to healthy. As a business professional, I would rather see degenerates and sicko's defend themselves to expose who they are than to be told by this is ok. In fact, businesses of these sizes or anywhere to be run this way when it's down right illegal, deters human freedoms, steps all over capitalism and spits in the face Uncle Sam and the American Dream - the very things our nations go to war and an outcry of insanity every time we let them happen. Decent Uniforms purchased by the employer, fair opportunity at employment and to see a diverse work force are not that big a deal if you make this much money. Free Enterprise was never meant to be a draw back, it was meant to foster, educate and promote the wisdom which funds the support of others - either through paying employees or social responsibility. I have many mandates; I want to the person at the back of line who rarely got a chance to stand to get a tax number and lead by example like so many of my partners and friends.

Quietly but surely, others left out have been doing all the same but recognized later in life like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Larry Ellison and even small players in a big business industry like myself. We underdogs have had to have the last word by relentless hard work and some delusional expectations of our own abilities. As some who takes great stress in advocacy of the American Dream, Democracy and Free-
