RACISM: A CONVERSATION BY ACCIDENT Non-White Males: Targets of Racism Abstract This is a real-life conversation with no preparation or scheduling, it is one of the many ways of how white racism defeats abolishment with the support of non-whites, on purpose and by accident.

Picture above: This is the America and Canada I know. It is what White Racists Fear the most. A society were everyone got along like this would destroy the white Racist, it would destroy the Non-White Racist and put religion in the backseat - that's the fear which leads to racism. A Non-White Man with a white blonde hair blue eyed woman & half kids, financially secure with no draw backs and living well and even less so if the family does not support a white Christian Church. Men of color face more negative consequences due to their race than the women do, in fact women are sought out by white men and when a white man has a non-white wife, girlfriend or if the non-white women is more 'available' to white men, they will have more opportunities with less resistance which will positively make a difference to them and for that reason. They are more likely to enjoy occupational success, more social acceptance and more accepted in higher ranks of society where as, non-white men have it tougher with the law, with occupational success, with friends, with women if they are straight and so much more. Here's one the reason's where racism can never be stopped, women who are not white with a high rank in white communities, often have taken on putting men of color on a lower rank socially and personally - they think of men of color as lower and the more they express their hate for the men and their cultures, the higher up they move in the social and occupational ranks in society with less drawbacks. Racism: A Conversation by Accident white's not liking men or color, the other part of racism is women in larger numbers marrying white men, who do nothing to set aside racism, in fact they belittle and degrade men of their communities so much, that racism is fuel through them. In my conversation below, this is a real-life example of where 2 non-white women fuel a racist woman by negating the claim that men face more racism. In fact, I open with the statement that having a child who is male and non-white, that there is a form of narcissism to spark the conversation. There's 3 women here defended racism, one blames her race as the issue with her failures, 1 is a white women who is openly racist and one, a Latin woman - all three couldn't see how they contribute to racism because the racism is targeted at the men primarily. The Latin one argues that women from her culture are the lowest paid, which is true perhaps but, men from her background, in America are shot accidentally, wrongfully committed and, often wanted to remove from where they are but, she didn't see that.

I wanted to test how people think when faced with racism and more so, racism as being worse for men than for women. Also, to hear people of the same race defend racism against their own kind so, I went to Facebook. The conversation has no names so I will explain the context, the one which calls me a horrible person (yellow) is of the same race and cultural background or, at least that is what I can tell from her name which is quite common surname, one is a white woman (light blue) who is oblivious to racism itself, one is a Latin American (red) woman who lives here in Canada. All 3 except for the white racist woman, who I randomly friended on Facebook, like many other random adds to my friends on Facebook, is a white woman. Read the conversation and see how each finds different ways to divert from the conversation when I suggest "Males" who are "not white" face more racism when I word in the commentary as the problem of which parents, who have sons as children who are not "white", have committed an act of narcissism due to the amount of targeted attacks against males of color. Also suggesting that the women can escape racism because they are sought out by white men as a wife or a girlfriend. Have a read, this is a conversation of why racism will never stop and, why in places like BC and Alberta, through women of color, white racism has become a powerful, paralyzing force which is used as a tool to control power dynamics and hiring in Healthcare, Government, occupations, education, essential services, labour at different levels and all the way into entry level jobs. I should apologize for the direct nature of the conversation I was having to stress my point which is, there is no need to be “soft around the edges” or “thankful” or “forgiving” or “ignorant” when it comes to racism and how it effects people. 8

Far too many color men die “by accident”. Far too man non-white people, men and women, LGBT and all others, ALL OTHERS who are discriminated against have been given the back seat for too long.

You’ll notice that in the conversation, the first person to disagree was the one in Yellow who was an East Indian woman, then came the Blue person to disagree like after the Yellow. This is commonly how todays racist people work, they know that racism is bad, shameful and to be openly racist is detrimental to them so, after the East Indian like myself, a racist put her support in realizing that now, she in fact has a position which will not negatively effect her image or standpoint once, a non-white woman had taken that position of defending racism against her own kind. The 3rd is a Latin American female who, even when explained why I felt this way, found it a better position to leave, as did the another.

The point here is that racism against non whites who are male, is primarily the focus of violence and murder. It seems non-white men, particularly non-white men who are not Christians or from related faiths, are not the preferred choice when to comes to hiring, occupational success, social and professional get togethers, education and in many other areas. Often it is the men who are filtered out first. From Rodney King to George Floyd, to the many killed every year by law enforcement in America, to the 100,000’s left under paid, unemployed and filtered away from social and professional norms that, when it was mentioned that the racism towards boys is much worse, the conversation took a turn for the worse. In fact in this conversation it was, one non-white woman blaming her family along with her race and culture for determents she faces so she included the Entire Race. We had one which was not happy by the viewpoint and didn’t care to understand it while, the one benefiting, the racist woman was having a great time. The racist woman made her racism more and more apparent as the other 2 non-white women went on as well. Then a 3rd silenced racist, a female, “liking” the support that racism against men is a falsie to not be taken seriously. The east Indian woman could have had a difficult family and people from her culture may not have liked her, people from my culture sometimes don’t like me and growing up the subset of east Indian that I am, didn’t want me in their “cool crowds” either so, I can see her point of view. What didn’t fit with that was, the entire race? Are you kidding? That to me was someone who got bad apples from a set of trees and didn’t eat apples anymore. The racist women, or who appeared to be a racist woman, was a clear racist. 9

Racism: A Conversation by Accident The Latin American woman seemed offended because she had family with which, some members have dark skin. She was so offended as one would be, by how I had worded what I did, she didn’t want to admit or come to terms with how someone could see that having a child which was a boy of colour would be like “knowing you’re bring someone into the world who was going to be held back and spat at their entire life” is how I read it. Most people understand racism is wrong but, until you been the victim or the target for many years, knowing the amount of trouble boys of colour even before this George Floyd problem and others came around, or trouble various non-white denominations of males had, bringing a boy into the world knowing their life was not going to be easy, was a position I described as being narcissistic. I did this to bring to light how terrible racism really is. Put yourself in the position of a parent who has child who is not white, now read that statement over and over – you will learn racism, Really Fast. Go on. In the introduction, I stated it in such a way that it was going to disturbing to read, it had to be mentioned in a way which took it for what it was, a blunt statement about the truth with racism and males in America and the west.
