RANCH HISTORY White Stallion Ranch was originally built in the 1900s and began as a cattle ranch. The original property was constructed of Mexican adobe brick made of mud and straw. The ranch was homesteaded in 1939 and shortly afterward became the CB Bar Ranch. It became a guest ranch in 1945 and the ranch’s ownership changed hands until 1965, when Allen and Cynthia True came from Colorado to make the ranch their home. Since 1965, three generations of the True family have worked to expand and improve the ranch. Since the early days as a backdrop in Western feature films and later, as the location for the TV series High Chaparral White Stallion Ranch has consistently attracted the attention of Hollywood producers, while continuing to offer an award-winning dude ranch experience.

LODGING The ranch has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Our 44 accommodations are spacious, charming and situated throughout the ranch.

STANDARD ROOM Standard rooms feature one queen bed and one twin bed.

DELUXE QUEEN/TWIN Spacious floorplan with one queen bed and one twin bed, sitting area and desk.

DELUXE KING/TWIN These rooms feature one king bed and two twin beds with a private patio with a fireplace.

FAMILY SUITE Family Suites have one room with a king bed and another with three twins, plus a private patio.

DELUXE SUITE Deluxe Suites include one room with a king bed and a twin daybed, and a large living room with another twin daybed, plus a private patio with a fireplace.

HACIENDA The Hacienda is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with a private entrance, full kitchen and laundry facilities. It’s perfect for a group of four to ten guests.

ADVENTURES Saddle up and enjoy scenic rides through stunning Saguaro stands or challenging rides on mountain trails, with horseback riding suited to all experience levels, beginner to advanced. Try your hand at team cattle penning or cattle sorting and attend the ranch’s weekly rodeo. Guided hikes and fat tire electric bike tours provide additional ways to explore the ranch. The rock climbing program offers climbs ranging from 30’ to 150’ with difficulty ratings from 5.3 to 5.12+. Get western with our extensive sport shooting and archery programs.

DINING We offer a variety of meal options to please most everyone. We use only the freshest, quality ingredients in our homestyle recipes to create flavorful meals that are a taste of home. Our breakfast includes a cooked-toorder menu as well as an extensive continental buffet. Our daily lunch buffet allows you to dine inside or on the patio with a selection of two entrees, several side dishes, a salad and a sandwich bar. Fresh fruit is always available. Dinner is a buffet with a choice of two entrees—often grilled outside—and an ever-changing variety of side dishes. Delicious dessert options vary nightly.
