LISTING WITH RANCHLAND
Listing Agreement
Ranchland Real Estate proposes an exlusive right to sell listing agreement. This means that the seller gives Ranchland Real Estate the right to exclusively represent the seller and there property for the agreed upon start and end date (we recommend 12 months).

Commission Agreement
When we look at sellers paying commissions there are two possible ways for a brokerage company to be paid. (1) If we sell your property with the buyer being represented by another brokerage, we will offer a 50-50 split of the commission rate.
(2) If we sell the property without another brokerage involved we will retain 100% of the commission rate. Ranchland Real Estate and seller will discuss commission rate and agree upon a fair rate for seller and brokerage company. Ranchland Real Estate works with other brokerages and encourages full cooperation with outside brokerages.
Marketing Agreement
Your property will recieve professional photographs of the property from the ground and aerial views paired with a property video showcasing the landscape and improvements on the property. A brochure of the property will also be tailored to your property containing property pictures and descriptions, property map, location, improvements, habitat/vegetation, water, and wildlife. All properties are advertised on the biggest land websites in Texas and the country. Some of our properties will also be featured in print with the largest land magazines in the country.
