Sale Terms & Conditions *Terms of the sale are cash or check payable to Heritage Cattle.

Cattle must be paid for before they are released. * Customers leaving cattle at Heritage Cattle are encouraged to carry an insurance policy. We use and recommended Howard Miller Livestock Insurance (817)-732-1872. We will be happy to assist you in getting this done. *Each animal will become the buyer’s responsibility as soon as sold.

We are not responsible for accidents, but will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of cattle and attendees. *Cattle for Export: All cattle sold for export must be paid in full immediately following the sale or within one week after the sale by wire transfer. Seller will supply all necessary health testing required for export. Care will be provided by Heritage Cattle for a reasonable time. Cattle staying longer than 30 days will be charged a boar fee. The buyer will pay additional transportation cost to the border or airport. Health insurance is encouraged on cattle remaining at Heritage.
