Welcome to the B&L Red Angus Spring Production Sale. We are excited to offer a great set of 18-month old and yearling bulls, ready to go to work for you. Bulls are developed here at the ranch and are available for viewing anytime.

We are also proud to partner with some of the best breeders in the business to bring you the best genetics. By partnering with these breeders, we are able to bring you a larger quantity of the same quality genetics. All bulls are developed together and treated the same. Bulls are developed on high roughage diet to promote a rate of growth practical to real world environments. All bulls have been feed efficiency tested through the GrowSafe system and these results are in the catalog.

Health papers will be available for all bulls leaving Oklahoma. If you live in a state that requires additional testing, this will be done after the sale and animals delivered after that time.

FERTILITY TESTING

All bulls were tested and have passed a BSE by Dr Jeff Pollock of Taloga Vet 580-922-5629

BREEDING GUARANTEE All bulls are guaranteed through the first breeding season. If a fertility or breeding issue occurs, we require that you notify us. In that event a replacement bull of similar value will be provided, if available, or a credit given for a future purchase. Credit will be for purchase price minus salvage value. We also reserve the right to have the animal seen by a vet of our choice. This Does Not Include Coverage For Death. Mortality Insurance will be available on sale day when you check out.

SEMEN INTEREST

Seller will be retaining 50% semen interest in all bulls selling. Buyer will have full possession.

Sale Information SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sales are cash or check to clerk at conclusion of sale, unless otherwise arranged. Cattle will be paid for in full before being loaded or delivered. Cattle will sell under the terms and conditions as recommend by the Red Angus Association of America. The auctioneer will settle any disputes on bids and his decision is final.

SIGHT-UNSEEN GUARANTEE

If you are unable to attend or to view bulls online, please contact Benji White, Lori White, Quentin Shieldknight or Clint Berry. We will be happy to assist you with your needs. In the event you are not satisfied with the bull upon delivery, simply request the bull to be returned and you will receive a full refund of purchase price.

DELIVERY

$50 discount given off purchase price, of every bull, if you take bulls home day of the sale. Free delivery within a 300 mile radius of B&L Red Angus on all bulls. Any bull purchases over $20,000 will be delivered for free. All other deliveries will be done at a fair cost to the buyer.

SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Except for those stated in the below terms and conditions, there are no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the cattle being sold at this auction. The warranties and guarantees are set forth in these Terms and Conditions are in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied, and the remedies provided therein shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser or any party claiming through purchaser, for any breach of warranty or guarantee therein provided, and all other obligations or liabilities.

TERMS

Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the auction. Animals are not to leave until paid for in full.

BIDDING

Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

PURCHASER’S RISK

Each animal will be at the Purchaser’s risk as soon as sold. Animals will be fed and cared for free of charge to purchaser, until loaded for shipment or until the expiration of (72) hours after the sale for animals being picked up by the Purchaser. After that, there will be a per day feed cost added to the purchase price, payable before possession occurs.

LIABILITY

All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. The seller, the sale manager, and its employees, cooperators, consignors and all other persons connected with the management of the sale, assume no responsibility, liability, legal or otherwise.

This young gal completely knocks it out of the park on end product merit. Check out her fantastic, and I do mean fantastic, ultrasound data. She completely destroys the antagonisms between marbling and muscling by earning ratios of 111 IMF and 120 REA. That is what I call getting it done!
