Fellow Simmental Enthusiasts, It is indeed a privilege to welcome each and every one of you the fifth edition of “THE EVENT�. Where has the time gone?! It has been a true pleasure to represent the breeders behind this elite genetic partnership that has evolved into one of the premier Simmental and SimAngus marketing evening in North America. The breeders behind have been very aggressive in making seedstock acquisitions that have and will continue to propel them towards the top of the seed-stock business. They have focused in on elite cow families that will enable them to build for generations to come with enhanced predictability and proven results.

As you thumb through the pages of this sale book, one will notice cows like 3C Melody, Harkers Stars, Dolly, Victoria, Foxy Lady and Crysteel Tango along with sires as Profit, Broker, Hammer, Ledger, Fortune, and other top-notch proven sires. The profitability, predictability, and success rate of these cattle moving forward will continue to gather steam not only for these producers but you, also, as prospective customers. Many of the cattle in this offering are full or maternal sibs to past champions in the last 3-5 years at numerous national shows. This includes sisters to females that previously sold through The Event and have gone on to make the top 10 at the AJSA Summer Classic for the past three summers! Along with this statement, some of the cattle in this offering are sibs, both direct and maternal, to cattle that will be highlighting upcoming Hartman Cattle Co. marketing events.

This genetic collection is a very talented set that needs serious attention. The success rate of the cattle sold last year was monumental, as many of the females sold through the sale went on to and great success on the tan bark, as well as in the pasture. We could not be more excited about the offering this year, due to the magnitude and depth of quality that is being offered.

This will be a video sale with cattle available for viewing at each of the respective producers’ ranches prior to Thanksgiving week, then they will be available at the Hartman Sale Facility, just outside of Tecumseh, Nebraska from November 25th through sale day the 30th of November.
