With decades of experience in every phase of the cattle business, it is safe to say that we are in tune with the industry. Over the years, we have seen a multitude of changes, and most for the good. This timeline and experience have brought us to a period now driven by technology, efficiency and bottom-line profitability. In saying that, we must be able to objectively recognize where we are, and where we are headed as producers. Our program is built around durable females with fertility, milking ability, good dispositions and longevity. We maintain our cows and replacements just like our neighbor’s commercial herds with modest feed and labor requirements. We recognize and appreciate cow families and how the good ones can impact a program. The best ‘new generation’ heifers are retained, this year nearly 125, and we expect them to produce right with their mothers and grand dams the first year, and better than them as they mature. The key to all of them, is getting them mated to the right sires! Generation turnover is important, and it must be done to make a positive impact. Whether females or the sires they are mated to, there is no time for making the misguided, trendy or hasty breeding decisions. Our philosophy is to breed cattle with a firm commitment and goal. Every bull in this directory was selected to advance both our program, and our customer’s genetic profiles. They represent extraordinary breed leadership, top percentile EPD credentials with both phenotypic and structural integrity. We are both thankful, and proud to be able to share these great sires with those who desire to achieve solid genetic progress. Many of the Simmental and SimAngus future sales, prolific donors, competitive show heifers and strong cow herds will be greatly impacted from the use of these bulls. Please provide physical address as semen shippers cannot be delivered to a PO Box. • It is recommended that purchased semen be transferred from vapor shipper to storage tank as soon as possible. • Return call tags will be issued to pick up the shipper tank, typically within 2-3 days. Place in same location as to where it was delivered.
