Marshall and Fenner & Murphy Cattle Company Angus Sale Dear Friends and Fellow Cattlemen, The Marshall & Fenner families would like to invite you to our 8th Annual Bull and Female Production Sale on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 6 p.m. The sale will be held at the Mid-MO Livestock Center in Marshall Junction, MO. Joining us again this year are our friends from Murphy Cattle Company.

This year’s offering has experienced excellent weather throughout the fall and winter growing seasons. We will be offering a very stout and powerful set of bulls from breed-leading AI sires. There will be a big selection of 2-year-old bulls to cover your needs, including being ready to turn out and breed larger numbers of cows in your herd. Once again this year, we will have both Angus and Simm/Angus bulls for your choosing, including our first calves out of our herd sire “Riser.” Some of the breed leading sires represented will include: the late MF Net Return, SAV Resource, PVF Insight, Connealy Thunder, Ten X, American Classic, and Gold Standard.

Both the bulls and females will have some of the breed leading genetics created from our intensive AI and ET programs. This year Murphy Cattle Company will be bringing a set of fancy open heifers and a powerful set of fall bred heifers. Available from Marshall and Fenner Farms will be Fall Bred Heifers, Donors, and Spring Pairs.

Just recently, we lost our beloved “Ol” SAV Elba 4436. Most of you know what a foundation female she has been.

Throughout the last 10 years, 4436 has recorded over 270 progeny in Angus records. Her legacy will continue for generations to come. Elba 4436 has truly been one of the “Greatest Angus Cows Ever!”
