Directions: From Interstate 71, take 17th Ave. west to the fairgrounds gate and follow signs to the livestock arena.

Billed Accounts: All billed accounts are due within 10 days following the date of the sale. At 10 days, a two percent service charge will be added to the unpaid balance and an additional two percent will be added every 30 days thereafter unless previous arrangements have been made with the owners or sale manager.

Health: Each animal will be represented by a state approved health certificate for interstate shipment. Buyers should make themselves aware of the health requirements for their respective states.

Liability: Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as sold.

Neither the owners, employees, auctioneer, sale manager or other affiliated personnel can be responsible for any accidents, but they will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending.

Breeding Guarantee: The Standard Breeding Guarantee as endorsed by the American Shorthorn Association will be followed.

Insurance will be available for your purchases from the sale clerk.

This triple clean herd sire is being offered only because one third of our females are related to him. We used him on five of our cows and they all stuck on the first service. His first calf was born in mid-January and is a stout, solid red, bull.

A 2012 full sister won her class at Louisville and was Supreme Champion Female at the 2013 Ottawa County Ohio Fair for Austin Buhrow. A 2015 full sister was Division Champion at Fort Worth for Kirby Cummings of Houston, Texas. His dam, now a donor in our herd, was the top seller in the 2009 RC Early Bird Sale. Two full sib sisters to his dam were National Champions in 2007 and 2008 for Jacob Boyert and Bailey Clanton respectively. His sire, Hot Commodity, is one of the hottest Shorthorn bulls available today. His calves are small at birth (Tartan was 72 lbs.) and delvered easily. Tartan is very fluid in his movement with tremendous feet and legs. We like him so well that we have collected him and are retaining semen rights on that semen. He is a proven sire as we bred a first-calf heifer to him and she stuck on the first service. He is ready to go to work for his new owner.
