Welcome to Simple Choices 2016.

Again, thanks for the great interest and support of our program. We again have been very blessed with a great set of cattle. Pair that with the fact these have also been the healthiest group we have ever worked with has made this year a breeze. The cattle continue to respond and have really settled in nicely for the fall.

Lynn and I, Carly, Mike and Baby Kolterman, want to extend an invitation to join us on October 1st for what we feel will be a great event. There are several other sales and shows going on so we invite you to inspect the cattle at anytime. Call for an appointment, its worth the trip!

We continue our effort each year to grow and expand genetically, this year we have added our Hereford cattle to Simple Choices and are extremely proud of this group of ladies. We are only able to do this by working with some great people every day.

PAYMENT TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check made payable to Aegerter Marketing Services, Inc., immediately following the sale and before the cattle are removed from the premises. Purchasers of their representatives must sign the bill of sale prior to leaving the sale.

BILLED ACCOUNTS: All billed accounts are due and expected within 10 days of the sale date. At 10 days, a two percent service charge will be added to the unpaid balance and an additional two percent will be added every 30 days thereafter.

Neither the owner, employees, auctineer, sale manager or other affiliated personnel can be responsible for any accidents, but they will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of thos attending.

BREEDING GUARANTEE: We guarantee all livestock sold as sound breeders. However, if we feel that a heifer has been fed to an extreme level of obesity for the show ring, we hold the feeder responsible for any reproductive problems and no longer feel responsible to guarantee that individual animal. In the rare case that this should occur, KOLT Cattle will still try and help you through two breeding seasons.

EMBRYOS: KOLT Cattle Co will guarantee one pregnancy on each package of embryos selling if implanted by a certified technician.

FLUSHES & DNA: KOLT Cattle Co. reserves one flush of eight or more grade 1 or 2 embryos at our expense on all females selling. KOLT Cattle Co. also retains at our expense the opportunity to obtain a DNA cell line for cloning purposes on all cattle selling in this sale.

We purchased her dam from Justin German and are excited about Madonna Rose’s future here. It’s unfortunate Broker is not with us anymore and his semen is in such limited supply because he definitely has a place in today’s world. In these three lots we brought with us a little of our Shorthorn breeding guide. The 2186 female has a perfect balance of power and look. Great headed, perfect look, and sound.

LOT 26 ... Polled Hereford I really like the future in this female. Study the photos of the females that win the big summer show, you will see what I see. She could be a big timer!
