The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Terms of the sale are cash or check- with a drivers license. Credit Cards will be accepted with a 5% charge. When a cow, heifer, bull, steer or semen package is sold the buyer shall sign the Acknowledgement of purchase, which will be brought to them. Ownership passes when the buyer signs this acknowledgement. Cattle are at the buyers expence, risk and responsibility from the time of purchase: physical possession shall not change until final settlement has been made and a check out ticket is received. All cattle are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Texas. All cattle are sold “as is�. There is no guarantee of any kind of soundness, condition, or other qualities of the animals sold in this sale. Right of recourse must be made directly to the owner, not through the sale management. All registration papers will be withheld by sale management unitl all checks clear the bank. At such time, they will be mailed to the new owner. If the buyer desires to obtain registration papers immediately, the animal must be paid for in cash. Buyer will pay the transfer fee directly to the American Hereford Association.
