We run a registered purebred Black Angus herd of roughly 120 head. Ranch raised, our cattle are neither pushed nor pampered. One of our targets is genetic performance and we don't use any growth promotants. We also focus on longevity and many of our dams produce very successfully each year until 16 years old. We calve onto green grass May and June.

Bulls are fertile, fit not fat, with sound legs and feet. Kala Traveler, born on our ranch, has served us especially well and his offspring are in high demand. Buyers like the growth and depth through the ribs on the sires, and the heifers inherit strong maternal traits.

We have on offer virgin bulls coming 2 years old in May. All bulls are vet checked and semen tested. SC and semen results available during viewing and on sale day.

Our replacement heifers in this sale have been vet checked for soundness as well. Calves all get two doses each Covexin and Express FP 5, and Ivermectin pour-on every time they run through the squeeze. Registrations are transferred to the new owners following the sale.
