Mortgage Trading Movement during November 2022

Al Rayyan Municipality recorded the highest number of mortgage transactions with (101) transactions, equivalent to (58%) of the total number of mortgaged real estate, followed by Doha Municipality with (41) transactions, equivalent to (23 6%) of the total number of mortgaged real estate, then followed by Al Wakrah Municipality with (18) transactions equivalent to (10.3%)

Al Sheehaniya Municipality has not registered any vacant land sale transaction

Al Shamal Municipality has not registered any building sale transaction, while the Al Sheehaniya Municipality has not registered any sale transaction
