Considering the index of mortgage transactions movement by comparing the number of mortgaged real estates to their financial value, it is found that the ratio of mortgaged real estates is greater than the percentage of mortgage transaction amounts in all municipalities that have witnessed mortgage transactions, except for Doha and Al Dhaayen, where mortgage transaction amounts registered a higher percentage.
