During April 2022, the real estate transactions index achieved a total volume of Qr. (2,182,188,048) for (330) real estate deals ,and compared to march of the same year ,it found that the index number of real estates has registered a decrease of (-20%). Concerning the index of the value of real estate trading, it registered an increase amounting to (50%), and as for the index of traded areas, it registered an increase of (33%)

Mortgage Trading Movement during April 2022 In Regards to mortgage value the Municipality of Doha comes in the first place ,where it reached Qr.(1,941,286,586),while the Municipality of Al khor&Dhekra registred the lowest value, where it reached Qr.(4,995,500).

It is found that the ratio of the number of mortgaged real estates is greater than the percentage of mortgage transactions amounts in all municipalities, where the mortgage transactions, except for the Doha and Al Rayyan Municipalities, where the mortgage transactions amounts registered a higher percentage in comparison with the avrage number of mortgage transactions.

A quick overview and tracking of the movement and colume of mortgage transactions that were processed during april 2022 revealed that the municipality of doha registered (08) of the top(10) mortgaged real estates, and (2) real estates in Municipality of Al Rayyan . The volume of mortgage transactions for the top (10) real estates reached 81% of the total value of the whole mortgage transactions that were processed during April 2022
