A quick dummy prototype made to test the feasability of a brief for a coffetable book, given to us by a long-time client - Monarch Builders. The book was made after a quick photoshoot and gathering some content from the client. The coffeetable book was meant to showcase the history and growth as well as the current assets of Monarch Builders and Hotels, as a limited edition series that they would send out to some of their most valuable clients and associates.
