RAM-ROCK is a scientifically formulated non-metallic pourable anchoring cement and grout. It is rapid setting and expansive.

RAM-ROCK is a non-shrink hydraulic cement with controlled expansion. It will self-level when mixed with water to a pourable consistency. RAM-ROCK is non-rusting and contains no ferrous metals. Its controlled expansion grips the material to be anchored, locking it into place. RAM-ROCK may be used to anchor bolts, equipment, machinery, railing, reinforcing rod, signs, posts, etc. It may be used to grout columns, machinery, bearing plates and precast members.

RAM-ROCK meets ASTM C-1107 Grade C.

RAMPATCH is designed to be used both as a topping or underlayment and as a wall, floor, and overhead patching and repair material when mixed to a stiffer consistency. For use as an underlayment, mix to the consistency of a thick pancake batter. Use RAMPATCH to level and smooth rough or rained on concrete.

RAMPATCH may be used to level low areas inside or outside. It will bond to and may be used to level virtually any concrete surface.

Mixed as a repair material, RAMPATCH may be used to repair walls, floors, tilt panels, driveways, sidewalks, precast members, etc.

RAMPATCH may be applied from featheredge to 2-1/2 inches. Suitable for interior or exterior applications. Suitable for application where there is rubber tired forklift and vehicle traffic.

RAMSTRUCTURAL PRODUCT APPLICATIONS RAM STRUCTURAL is a fast-setting trowel grade repair material for horizontal application.

It may be used to repair parking decks, bridge structures, pier and deck supports, water and sewage treatment plants, factory and warehouse floors, manholes, for concrete topping and other similar applications. Use RAM STRUCTURAL when the repair must be ready for service in 8 hours. Use in cold weather, down to 32OF. It may be used for interior or exterior repairs, above or below grade. RAM STRUCTURAL may be used from 1/2” to 6”. Suitable for applications with vehicle and forklift traffic.

Use RAM-PRIMER as a primer for RAMPATCH and RAM STRUCTURAL. It is used as a surface bonder to bond fresh cementitious materials such as concrete, stucco, gypsum, plaster, etc. to various surfaces including concrete, masonry, stone, brick, plaster or wood.

RAM-PRIMER may be used inside or outside.

It may be used as an integral polymer modifier for cementitious materials. RAM-PRIMER increases the bond strength and water resistance of cementitious mortars. Use RAM-PRIMER in the repair of concrete, plastered ceilings and walls and stucco surfaces.
