Super Aqua-Cure VOX

Diamond Clear, Rez Seal

SUPER AQUA-CURE VOX is a water based, low odor membrane forming liquid for curing, sealing, dustproofing, and hardening concrete.

SUPER AQUA-CURE VOX is suitable for use over new and old concrete and performs well on both interior and exterior concrete.

DIAMOND CLEAR is a state-of-the-art curing and sealing compound, specially designed to provide a quality cure and seal while assuring total resistance to yellowing from ultraviolet exposure. DIAMOND CLEAR is particularly well suited for exterior architectural concrete where membrane yellowing is undesirable.

Super Floor Coat SUPER FLOOR COAT is a 30% solids acrylic copolymer curing and sealing compound for concrete. The high solids content of SUPER FLOOR COAT gives this product exceptional curing efficiency, which assists in proper cement hydration and development of the concrete’s strength and durability properties.

Aqua-Cure VOX AQUA-CURE VOX is a water-based acrylic polymer curing and sealing compound.

AQUA-CURE VOX is suitable for use over new and old concrete and performs well on both interior and exterior surfaces. It enables fresh concrete to maintain adequate moisture, seals the surface, and provides an attractive sheen.

Super Diamond Clear SUPER DIAMOND CLEAR VOX is a high solids acrylic, emulsion blend curing and sealing compound for freshly placed concrete.

This product provides a quality cure and seal while assuring total resistance to yellowing from ultraviolet exposure.

Cures & Hardeners Kurex DR VOX KUREZ DR VOX is a reduced odor, liquid membrane forming curing compound formulated from hydrocarbon resins. The membrane coating provides an excellent initial cure for concrete, then begins to break down and deteriorate upon exposure to traffic and UV light.

CHEMICALS, ADHESIVES & EPOXIES

Eucosil EUCOSIL is a water based sodium silicate solution used to densify, seal and dustproof concrete.

Euco Diamond Hard EUCO DIAMOND HARD sealer is unique blend of silicate and siliconate polymers that penetrate concrete surfaces and chemically react to provide an increase in surface density, durability and abrasion resistance.

SurfHard SURFHARD is a water based magnesium silicofluoride solution that reacts chemically with alkaline materials in concrete to produce a more dense, durable and chemically resistant floor.

Ultrasil Li+ UltraSil Li+ is a water-based lithium silicate solution used to densify, seal and dust proof concrete surfaces. UltraSil Li+ penetrates and chemically reacts within the concrete surface, producing extremely hard and dense calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) in the pores. The result is concrete that is more durable, easier to clean, and more resistant to damage from water and mild chemicals. Because the product of the lithium silicate-concrete

reaction is formed internally, the protection of UltraSil Li+ never peels or flakes off, is unaffected by moisture, and lasts much longer than surface sealers and coatings.

Ultra Guard UltraGuard is a water-based polymeric protectant that improves the appearance and durability of concrete floors. UltraGuard contains a powerful stain-resistant additive and is further enhanced with lithium silicate, which provides densification of the concrete surface. UltraGuard can be used alone or in combination with a reactive sealer such as UltraSil Li+ to give concrete floors a glossy finish, harder surface, and protective seal.

EVAPORATION RETARDERS Eucobar EUCOBAR is designed to be used as an evaporation retardant on concrete flatwork of all types.

SURFACE RETARDERS Concrete Surface Retarders CONCRETE SURFACE RETARDERS are chemical formulations which retard, but do not “kill” the set of the mortar at the surface of concrete. When the underlying concrete has hardened, the retarded mortar surface can be flushed off with a stream of water and/ or removed by scrubbing with a stiff brush.

Since these compounds do no “kill” the set, if they are left on the concrete or unintentionally splashed on other fresh concrete, they will permit the concrete to eventually attain a set and achieve full strength. CONCRETE SURFACE RETARDERS are available in two formulations to meet varying job requirements: FORMULA F is a paint-like emulsion designed for application directly to forms, FORMULA S is a neutral, sprayable liquid for application to freshly placed horizontal concrete surfaces.

CLEANERS & STRIPPERS Euco Clean & Strip EUCO CLEAN & STRIP is a heavy duty concrete floor stripper that is highly effective at removing curing compounds, oils, grease, most concrete sealers, and other

contaminants from concrete floors. EUCO CLEAN & STRIP is formulated from an easy to use, biodegradable citrus-based solvent that will not etch concrete like acid based removers. EUCO CLEAN & STRIP replaces hazardous petroleum and chlorinated solvent based removal products.

Concrete Blaster CONCRETE BLASTER is a unique liquid which has the ability to remove hardened, built-up concrete from tools and equipment.

It is designed to eliminate the need for sand blasting, bushhammering and jack-hammering hardened concrete from equipment.

CONCRETE BLASTER has the distinct advantages of being biodegradable, non-hazardous and non-corrosive.

PROTECTIVE SEALERS EverClear EVERCLEAR is a pure acrylic sealer that protects and enhances the appearance of cured concrete with a clear, non-yellowing seal that is harder and more durable than standard cure and seal products. EVERCLEAR is specially formulated to enhance the color of stamped concrete, exposed aggregate finishes, and colored concrete pavers.

Super Diamond Clear

Water-Guard, Chemstop WB

SUPER DIAMOND CLEAR is a solvent based curing and sealing compound specially designed to cure new concrete, assuring proper cement hydration and strength gain, while providing a non-yellowing seal to protect and enhance the appearance of concrete.

CHEMSTOP WB REGULAR/HEAVY DUTY is a water based, ready to use, siloxane/silane water repellent formulated for two different applications. Use Regular for dense surface, such as precast or poured in place concrete, and Heavy Duty for porous surfaces such as lightweight concrete, concrete block and mortar joints.

Lusterseal 350 Luster Seal 350 is an acrylic cure & seal that protects and enhances the appearance of concrete with a clear, non-yellowing film that is more durable than standard polymer blend cure and seal products. Luster Seal 350 is formulated in an exempt solvent carrier formulated for use in VOC-regulated areas.

Luster Seal 350 is designed to enhance the color of stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, and colored concrete pavers, making these surfaces look deeper and richer in appearance.

It provides protection against the damaging effects of traffic, weather, and de-icing salts.

Applied properly, Luster Seal 350 will not turn white in the presence of moisture. Luster Seal 350 gives concrete a satin finish that highlights the color and texture of surfaces.

Luster Seal 350 can be tinted with Euclid Universal Color Packs, which are available in 33 standard colors.

Baracade Silane 40 BARACADE SILANE 40 is a deep penetrating concrete and masonry water repellent compound designed to protect concrete, block, stone and brick against the damaging effects of water intrusion, deicing chemicals, freeze-thaw exposure and airborne contaminants.

ACRYLIC BONDING AGENTS Flex-con FLEX-CON is a water dispersion of an architectural grade acrylic latex specifically designed for modifying Portland cement compositions. Mortar modified with FLEX-CON has improved physical strength, and superior adhesion to old concrete, masonry, brick, and many other surfaces.

EucoWeld

Euco #452 Gel

EUCO WELD is an aqueous resin adhesive of a polyvinyl acetate base, for permanently bonding plaster, stucco and concrete to damp or dry concrete and masonry surfaces. EUCO WELD develops minimum bonding strengths considerably in excess of 500 psi (3.4 MPa) and has a performance range of -35o F (-37o C) to 275o F (135o C) without bond failure.

DURAL 452 GEL is a two-component, 100% solids, DOT non-corrosive, moisture insensitive, high strength epoxy adhesive and binder for numerous applications. This high modulus, structural gel is perfect for bonding applications that require a non-sag adhesive.

EPOXY BONDING AGENTS

DURALKOTE 240 is a two-component, 100% solids, high performance epoxy coating system designed for use on concrete floors and walls.

DURALKOTE 240 is flexible, offers exceptional chemical and abrasion resistance, and provides excellent adhesion to properly prepared surfaces. DURALKOTE 240 produces a glossy, tile-like, easily maintained surface.

Silcoseal Select also functions as a quality curing compound. Independent tests concluded Silcoseal Select meets the moisture retention properties of ASTM C309 when applied to a steel troweled surface prepared in accordance with ASTM C156 and CEN/TS 14754.

Silcoseal 2000F Water-Based Tilt-Up Cure and Bondbreaker Silcoseal 2000F is a water-based bondbreaker that can also double as a cure on tilt-up construction projects. When applied properly, Silcoseal 2000F reacts with byproducts of the concrete hydration process to create amorphous gels that prevent sticking and allow panels to lift easily.

Tilted panel surfaces appear uniformly white without the traditional yellow bondbreaker discoloration.

Silcoseal 2000F increases water retention by preventing the exit and entry of moisture, which improves the concrete curing process and minimizes surface cracking and crazing. CG-86 will not rust and contains no added chlorides or gypsum.

CG-86 provides a range of consistency from dry pack to fluid to meet many different application requirements. It is furnished pre-mixed and ready to use. CG-86 may be extended for deep grouting with pea gravel for greater yield and increased economy. CG-86 is freeze-thaw stable and may be used for interior or exterior applications, above- or below-grade.

588-10K Mineral-Aggregate-Based Precision Grout 588-10K is a hydraulic-cement-based, precision, non-shrink, load-bearing grout designed to transfer load effectively and safely, ensuring long service time of the grouted item. It is a non-corrosive, non-metallic, mineral- based precision grout, developed to

have high initial and ultimate flexural and compressive strengths. It can be mixed quickly, as needed, on the jobsite. 588-10K offers exceptional workability and is easily placed by pouring or pumping. The product is designed to give non-shrink performance under various conditions for both interior and exterior applications.

Repair Products SPEED-E-ROC Rapid Setting Anchoring Cement Grout SPEED-E-ROC is a pourable, rapid setting and hardening, high strength, hydraulic cement compound designed for anchoring and grouting. SPEED-E-ROC has a controlled expansion system and is non-shrink.

SPEED-E-ROC has a set time of 10 – 20 minutes at 77° F (25° C) and obtains 4,000 psi (34.4 MPa) in one hour.

Polyguard Products

Underseal® PRM™ is a strong, self-adhering, 65 mil, post-concrete pour sheet waterproofing membrane/vapor retarder with a double thick, high-strength, cross-laminated polyethylene backing laminated to a thick layer of rubberized asphalt compound. Underseal® PRM™ adheres tightly and permanently to concrete and the backing forms a continuous barrier to water and moisture vapor entry.

Underseal® PRM™ can be used in both horizontal and vertical applications.

Underseal® Blindside Membrane Underseal® Blindside™ Membrane is a 73 mil, pre-concrete pour, strong sheet membrane waterproofing with a thick, cross-laminated, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) backing, laminated to a thick layer of proprietary waterproofing adhesive compound integrated into a nonwoven geotextile fabric.

Underseal® Blindside™ Membrane is used as a waterproofing membrane where vertical, positive-side waterproofing is required, but access to the positive side is impossible due to the soil retention system. Once the concrete is poured against the Blindside™ membrane, the concrete cures and a mechanical bond forms to secure the concrete to the membrane.

Also, subsequent to concrete placement, cold flow of the waterproofing compound will take place and an adhesive bond will be added to the mechanical bond given by the fibers. With both a mechanical and adhesive bond, the concrete will be tightly sealed and bonded to the membrane, creating superior protection against moisture intrusion. 73 mil Underseal® Blindside™can also be used in certain horizontal applications.

VERTICAL APPLICATION: Underseal® PRM™ can be used in protected wall applications when applied to the exterior sides of vertical concrete foundation walls, tunnels, and related applications where waterproofing is critical. It allows for faster waterproofing applications by eliminating the step to install an additional protection course prior to backfilling operations.

HORIZONTAL APPLICATION: Underseal® PRM™ can be applied to horizontal slab applications such as parking garages, plaza decks, plywood decks and related applications and allows for concrete topping slab installation without the need for a separate protection course in most situations.

650 sheet membrane is a strong, pliable, 60 mil, post-concrete pour self-adhesive waterproofing membrane/vapor retarder that virtually eliminates water and vapor transmission through concrete slabs.

650 sheet membrane is designed for use on concrete for foundation waterproofing, mud slabs, sills and spandrel beams, tunnels, plaza decks, parking garages, and related applications where waterproofing is critical.

It may also be used on wood or concrete block structures and insulated concrete forms. (ICF).

Under normal use, it resists flow or sag.

Its greater resistance to water is ideal where spray application is desired.

W. R. MEADOWS SEALMASTIC Solvent SEALMASTIC solvent-type dampproofing is an asbestos-free, fibered and non-fibered asphalt compound. Both the brush-on and trowel-applied versions are flexible and will span small holes and hairline cracks.

All three grades withstand temperature changes and will not crack under normal expansion and contraction.

The three types offered are SPRAY-MASTIC™, a non-fibered asphalt compound for use where spray application is desired; SEMI-MASTIC™, a brush or spray-on fibered asphalt compound designed to protect exterior below-grade masonry walls; and TROWEL-MASTIC™, a trowel-applied, heavy-bodied, fibered asphalt compound for exterior, below-grade masonry wall surface applications. SEALMASTIC TYPE II (brush-on/spray-grade) is an asphalt-based, clay emulsion with fibers specifically formulated to offer a tight film that combines both excellent strength and resistance to water.

SW-244 is a heavy duty, DOT grade, Type II siloxane, concrete surface treatment.

It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule.

SW-244 is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change the surface appearance in any way.

SILOXANE WB CONCENTRATE SILOXANE WB CONCENTRATE is a VOC compliant modified siloxane water repellent concentrate designed for dilution with fresh water at the jobsite. When diluted, SILOXANE WB CONCENTRATE may be applied to vertical and horizontal, dense and porous masonry surfaces. SILOXANE WB CONCENTRATE is solvent free and VOC compliant.

CO-500 PREMIUM Polysiloxane CP-500 PREMIUM is a spec grade polysiloxane water repellent that protects masonry and other building materials against damage due to penetration by water and waterborne chemicals. CP-500 PREMIUM is not a surface coating. It penetrates up to Âź inch or ore into treated surfaces and bonds with the substrate to provide long lasting, protection, even at hairline cracks.

SW-244-20 C Silane SW-244-20 C is a spec grade clear, penetrating 20% alkylalkoxysilane water repellent designed for the protection of exterior above-grade concrete, brick masonry. It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule.

SW-244-40 VOC Silane SW-244-40 VOC is a DOT grade (Type I), 40% alkylalkoxysilane water repellent treatment designed for the protection of exterior above-grade concrete, brick masonry. Baracade Silane 40 IPA

SW-244-100 VOC is a DOT grade, 100% active alkylakoxysilane water repellent that meets NCHRP and Alberta Testing requirements.

The small molecular structure penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. SW 244-100 VOC has been used successfully on many DOT highway and bridge projects as well as new and commercial construction.

The Baracade Silane 40 IPA is a high solids, VOC complaint, water repellent solution of an alkylalkoxysilane in isopropyl alcohol.

The Baracade Silane 100 is a 100% silane formulation. Due to this 100% silane composition Baracade Silane 100 exhibits low volatility and higher coverage rates than solvent based silane materials. It is typically used on horizontal surfaces

Baracade M.E. A solvent free micro-emulsion concentrate.

When mixed with potable water, Baracade M.E. self emulsifies into a unique product capable of repelling water on concrete and masonry surfaces. Baracade M.E. mixed with 9 parts water to 1 part Bacacade M.E. is specifically designed for use on vertical surfaces. When used in horizontal applications the Baracade M.E. is mixed in a ratio of 4.5 parts water to 1 part Baracade M.E.

Baracade Silane 40 Baracade Silane 40 is a deep penetrating concrete and masonry water repellent compound designed to protect concrete, block, stone and brick against the damaging effects of water intrusion, deicing chemicals, freeze-thaw exposure and airborne contaminants.

An additional feature of this product is that it will not leave a residue on most non-porous substrates, such as glass, metal frames and painted surfaces. It is used on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Baracade Silane 100

Baracade WV 244 Baracade WB 244 is formulated to protect horizontal, above grade concrete wearing surfaces. This product is a water-based, oligomeric siloxane/silane blend that provides dual benefits of deep penetration and excellent surface repellency, as well as a stable, easily applied, alkali resistant compound.

Baracade WB ORS Baracade WB ORS is an oil resistant, water-based siloxane formulation. Baracade WB ORS produces a breathable, UV stable, water repellent barrier on the substrate.

Baracade WB ORS also imparts oil resistance properties because of the oleophobic fluoropolymer resins in the formulation. In addition to preventing the penetration of moisture and oil, Baracade WB ORS demonstrates some anti-graffiti properties by aiding in the removal of oil, grease, paint, lacquer and other materials from the surface.

Chemstop WB Chemstop WB Regular and Chemstop WB Heavy Duty are water based, siloxane/silane blended water repellents. The Chemstop WB Regular is formulated for use on dense surfaces such as pre-cast or pouredin-place concrete. Chemstop WB Heavy Duty is used on porous surfaces such as light weight concrete, concrete block and brick.

Protectosil Protectosil® BHN A clear, penetrating, breathable VOCcompliant surface treatment for use on concrete. The unique 100% silane treatment (no solvent) penetrates the substrate and chemically bonds with silica to form a permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. Creates a deep hydrophobic layer that prevents water and waterborne contaminants from entering the substrate and causing premature deterioration.

By combining low surface tension with a tailored rate of reaction, Protectosil® BHN is able to move through the moisture boundary layer that lines the pore structure of the substrate. This permits the development of uniform gradient permeation — a consistent level of protection throughout the entire depth of penetration — allowing for longer treatment life, especially on wearing surfaces.

Protectosil® BHN PLUS The unique silane treatment penetrates into the substrate and chemically bonds with to form a permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. In addition, an oil repellent additive resists the ingress of motor oil, transmission fluid, diesel fuel and other automotive fluids. This additive also repels food products such as mustard, ketchup, food grease, milk, wine, beer softdrinks.

Creates a deep hydrophobic layer which prevents the ingress of water and waterborne contaminants entering the substrate and causing premature deterioration. By combining a low surface tension with a tailored of reaction the Protectosil® BHN Plus is able to move through the moisture boundary layer which lines the per of the substrate. Protectosil® CHEM-TRETE® PB 100 / CHEM-TRETE® PB VOC By preventing water and waterborne contaminants from entering the substrate, Protectosil® CHEM-TRETE® PB 100 and CHEM-TRETE® PB VOC reduce problems such as efflorescence, leaching, acid rain deterioration, scaling, dirt buildup, staining, corrosion of reinforcing steel and mildew.

Protectosil® CHEM-TRETE® PB 100 and CHEM-TRETE® PB VOC will not cause adverse surface appearance of the substrate.

Treated surfaces are fully breathable because the natural moisture vapor transmission is not affected. This will eliminate problems caused by entrapped moisture, including blushing of the sealer and freeze-thaw damage to the masonry.

COATING COVERAGE CALCULATION The coverage rate required for a particular job can be obtained by dividing 1604 by the mil thickness specified: Square feet/gallon coverage = (1604) / (mil thickness specified) or Wet Film Thickness required = (1604) / sq. ft. per gallon (example: A 12 mil thickness coating specification would require placement at 134 sq. ft./gal.)

Assuming the solids content of the coating in the example above is 35%, the dry film thickness would be reduced from 12 mils to 4.2 mils: Dry Film Thickness = (Wet Film Thickness) x (% Solids) / (100)
