Serving the Youth of Central Texas is our TRADITION! The mission of the Ralph Wilson Youth Club of Temple is to offer an organized and supervised environment which gives boys and girls of Temple and surrounding areas the opportunity to share educational, social, and recreational experiences regardless of race, color, and creed as they develop their capacity to be self sufficient and responsible members of the community.

Strategic Plan Purpose Since 1965 the Ralph Wilson Youth Club has served the youth of Central Texas with safe and structured programs and activities. The purpose of this Strategic Plan is to build on the tradition created through the years of service to local youth by looking forward to outline an organizational path for the years to come. Creating a Strategic Plan, which develops and arranges organizational goals, provides a foundation and establishes a vision for the Ralph Wilson Youth Club to continue our mission of developing the youth of our community. This strategic plan was developed in 2019 with the help of RWYC Board Members, community leaders, and staff members. The plan was adopted by the Board of Directors on December 2, 2020. Immense thanks is offered to the many volunteers who gave their time and provided insight in the creation of this plan. The RWYC Staff, along with the Board of Directors continues to work diligently to strive to achieve the goals contained in this Strategic Plan.
