Baylie Duhon is a graduate student at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. As an Occupational Therapy student, she brings a valued skill set to Ralph Wilson Youth Club. In many instances, Baylie can identify challenges that our youth are experiencing that no one else can identify. This is a valuable skill as it assists all our staff in having the necessary grace in certain situations.

Baylie can best be described as uniquely outgoing. She can always be trusted to give her co-workers and the kids every ounce of effort within her body. The youth club has utilized her skill set to serve our kids working the control counter and front pick up. She has been employed at Ralph Wilson Youth Club since August 2022. Baylie is scheduled to complete her graduate studies from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in May of 2024. Upon completion of her studies, Baylie intends to obtain employment as an Occupational Therapist working either in an outpatient clinic serving kids or in the acute care setting at a hospital.

What Baylie ENJOYS most about working at RWYC

“How every day is different here. Being able to be active and always moving. Most of all, what I enjoy most about working here are the connections that I get to make with these kids. They are such tiny, curious humans who remind us all how amazing and exciting the world can be through their eyes.”
