se, hereby file this Complaint against Defendants, Pike County School District Board of Education ("School Board"); Mr. Reed Adkins, in his individual capacity and in his official capacity as Superintendent of the Pike County School District; and Stephany Lowe, Shane Hurley, Jimmy Dewayne Abshire, Rexel Nee Jackson II, and Ireland Blankenship, all individual elected officials sued in their individual capacity and in their capacity as members of the School Board (collectively, "Defendants"). In support of the claims set forth herein, Plaintiffs allege and aver as follows:
