Rare - Las Vegas
Project No. 03
Steak House Las Vegas
his Las Vegas steakhouse exudes a bold, masculine energy with dramatic use of rich, textured materials like dark wood, leather, and exposed steel. SOVI
Project No. 04
High End Restaurant Southern California
Traditional Spanish revival design is the common architectural language amongst the Rancho Valencia resort, that is, until the Sovi came to fruition. Named after the first Valencian cuisine script ever written, the Sent Sovi, the project is the birth child of a former Michelin star restaurant owner hailing from the mountains of the original Valencia Spain himself. This transformative immersive dining experience tears down the boundaries between the typical dining experience and the working chef’s kitchen, and allows the two to become one within the same space. Rancho Valencia has been named the #1 hotel in America multiple times over the last couple decades. These Californian grounds are no strange to luxury design, elevated living, and fine dining.
