Built Around You
In-Home Design Consultation
We start by meeting at your home to listen, learn, and understand your lifestyle, needs, and goals. This is where your vision begins to take shape
Design & Planning Agreement
Next, we’ll present a Design & Planning Agreement outlining the process, timeline, and design fees Together, we’ll clarify the key questions: Is this the right design? Does it fit the budget? How long will it take and when can we begin?
Concept Design Begins
We create a digital blueprint of your existing home using a Matterport scan, then introduce your architect and design team You’ll also meet one or two of our trusted interior design partners to assist with selections & bring the space to life.
Budget Analysis & Letter of Intent
Once you approve the concept, we provide a detailed Budget Analysis accurate within ±10%. If it aligns, you’ll sign a Letter of Intent and submit a 2% deposit to hold your place in our schedule and cover early project needs and planning
Vendor Walkthroughs & Final Pricing
We coordinate walkthroughs with our vendors to gather firm bids based on the approved concept Then we meet with you to review scope, pricing, & answer any questions before moving forward.
Construction Agreement & Permits
With your final scope and pricing approved, we present the Construction Agreement and submit for permits. Once signed, we ’ re ready to roll!
