General Terms

• Minimum opening order - $250; Reorders $100

•International minimum order - $1000 USD pre-paid in advance by Visa/MC only.

•We reserve the right to increase or decrease quantities to meet our minimum pack size requirements.

•Back orders will be shipped without notification if within 60 days of date shipped. All back orders under $50 are canceled.

•At the end of every year IHI cancels all back orders without notice.

•Products bought from IHI are for resale purposes only.

Pricing

•All prices are subject to change without notice.

•Items are billed at prices in effect at time of shipment.

•Special prices noted on our website will only be given to the orders placed on our website. You may not call in or place your order with a rep, but place the order on our site only.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in Roseville, MN 55113.

• Special routing information must be specified or we will ship at our own discretion.

• Special handling requests may be subject to an extra charge.

• International orders can only be shipped within the 48 U.S. contiguous states.

• Approximate shipping charges are: 15% of the total order amount.

• Because most of the merchandise is handcrafted, there will be some variations in color, texture, size and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws.

• Natural wrought iron products may rust over time.

• The recipient of this catalog acknowledges that this catalog (or price list) and the information contained herein is the confidential property of India Handicrafts, Inc. It may not be copied, published or re-distributed, in whole or in part.

Payment Terms

• Opening orders must be Visa, MC, Amex or Discover.

• Net 30 terms on approved credit. Credit application with sufficient trade and bank references must be submitted for credit approval.

• Stores in business for less than two years may be required to pre-pay via Visa/MC/Amex or Discover.

• Customer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees, as well as interest at the rate of 2% per month on any unpaid balance.

• A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

• All customers are required by law to supply a State Sales Tax Certificate.

• Customers authorizes any/all charges associated with this order to be charged on their credit card.

RETURNS/CLAIMS

• Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Claims must be mailed or faxed to India Handicrafts headquarters (not to your sales rep). Invoice number and date received must be specified.

• Claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. Absolutely no claims accepted after 30 business days.

• Claims will be processed within 3-4 weeks from the date we receive the claim. Any items needing a pick up will be retrieved within 4-6 weeks.

• Any damage or lost merchandise must be directly claimed with carrier. No returns will be accepted without our return authorization (RA) number and must be received in its original packaging.

• Price tagged or shopworn merchandise may not be returned.

• Items not damaged by the fault of IHI or by shipping may be returned, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Freight for the item will not be refunded. Claims must be made within 10 business days. (Disliking the item is not considered damaged and will be assessed this fee.)
