Your Golf Bag Now Holds Hundreds of Clubs Did you know that being a member of your private golf club means you now have access to private clubs across the country? Let us explain your new network of clubs: Some of golf’s greatest destinations such as Orlando, San Diego, Phoenix, and Boca Raton have joined the Private Club Network. Hundreds of private country clubs are now members. This means you’re able to play golf at any of these clubs on a space available basis for a standard PCN member fee.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS When your club joined the Private Club Network each member was automatically enrolled in the PCN. We encourage you to go online to www.privateclubnetwork.com and login as a member by clicking the MEMBER LOGIN button found on the front page. To create an account, click on the member registration link and follow the prompts. Once you are logged in you will be able to view the portfolio of clubs and review your new benefits and request a tee time. MAKING A TEE TIME All Private Club Network tee times must be made through the Private Club Network website or our customer service center. Members may not contact the host club directly to request tee times.

Members can bring guests at club rates. Most clubs accept tee time requests 2 – 7 days in advance.

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES The following guidelines of membership apply to all individual Members of the Network: 

All Member tee-time requests shall be made to the Private Club Network’s member service center toll free at 800.547.0838 or through its on-line tee-time request tool available at www.privateclubnetwork.com.



Member tee-time requests for play at participating Private Club Network clubs shall be made up in advance, and are based on space availability as determined by the host club.



Members of Private Club Network may not contact the host club directly to request teetimes. Doing so is grounds for termination of membership privileges.



All Members will be charged the standardized fee of the host club of $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $175, $200, $225 or $250. Individual members shall be aware that the facilities and services of other Member Clubs may be different than those at the individual’s home club.



Individual members using the provisions of the Private Club Network may be required to present their driver’s license and club membership card for identification purposes upon checking in at the golf shop of the host club.



Reciprocal credit privileges may be granted at the discretion of the host club.



Each host club, at its discretion, will determine whether guests may accompany Private Club Network members and the associated guest fees.



No individual may play the golf course of another Member Club, which is within a (100) mile radius of the individual’s home club. An individual will only be permitted to use the terms of this agreement a maximum of three (3) times per calendar year at any given Member Club. Individuals must observe all guest policies when they visit other Member Clubs.



The golf staff of the host club shall have complete control of assigning tee times based upon request of Private Club Network customer service center.



The continued, or consistent, breach of these rules by any Member Club shall be grounds for the termination of that Club’s membership in the Network. Such a decision shall be within the sound, and sole, discretion of Private Club Network, LLC.

Guidelines

Member Registration PCN Website •

Upon navigating to www.privateclubnetwork.com, click on the Members Login button located at the top right of the homepage.

After clicking on the Members Login button, you will arrive on the Login page. To create your account, click on the ‘Member Registration’ link below the fields for Username and Password.

After clicking on the Member Registration link, you will be taken to the Member Validation page within which you must first find your club. In the ‘State/Province’ field, begin typing the state/province in which your club resides. The appropriate state will be displayed below the field, click on the state.

Once you’ve chosen the state/province, begin typing your club name in the field provided.

Once again, the system will auto complete and provide you with a list of names. Select your club from the list.

Once you’ve entered your club name, you will then need to provide your member number, as well as your first and last names in the fields provided. It is important that these are provided exactly as they are shown in your club’s member database. If entered incorrectly, your membership will not be validated and you will not be able to create your account.

Once you’ve entered all of the required information (i.e., Member Number, First Name and Last Name), click on Validate.

•

Upon successfully validating your membership, you will be able to create your personalized Username and Password for the Private Club Network website.

•

Enter the Username and Password of your choice and confirm the email address entered in the email field to complete the registration process.
