Registration table will be located at the tent 3:30 PM beside the Putting Green outside of the Golf to 4:30 PM Shop. Pick up your Players Package and register for the optional Par 3 Tournament.

4:30 PM
Optional. $50.00 Per Team. Shotgun start. Format is Modified Alternate Shot played on the North Course. All entry fee money will be paid back.

Special Event Entry Fee: $200 per team Moneys will be divided as follows: The Flight Pool: $180 Champions Pool: $20
Flight Pool Money divided as follows: 1st Place 50%, 2nd Place 30% and “Sunday Money” 20% of pool. In the event of a tie for 1st place, ties will be broken with a matching of Sunday’s scorecard following USGA guidelines. 11 Teams

Champion Pool The Fall Member-Guest Championship team will be the team with the highest 36-Hole Stableford score and the team may come from any flight. In the event of a tie, ties will be broken with a matching of Sunday’s scorecard following USGA guidelines and Stableford scoring. Championship payout on 55 teams will be 1st | $750 2nd | $350
Par 3 Tournament
The Par 3 Tournament will take place at 4:30 PM on Friday. Entry is $50.00 per team. The golf course will be set up with nine Par 3 holes of varying distances. The format is “SLAMBO” with both team members hitting their tee shots, then selecting the better shot and play “Alternate Shot” until the ball is holed. The field will be flighted, the number of flights to be determined. Monies will be paid out to approximately 30% of the field in each flight. The Member - Guest Committee will decide all disputes at its own discretion.

Teams are flighted by combined handicap index. You will play 18 holes of Net Stroke Play on Saturday and 18 holes of Net Stroke Play on Sunday. Play will be net best ball with each player receiving 90% of their handicap. Handicap strokes are indicated on the scorecard. The team scoring the highest 36 hole point total will be the winner of the flight. The team with the highest point total from all four flights will be the overall champions.
Tees All flights will play from the White Tees. Age 65 + have the option of playing the Gold Tees USGA Handicap adjustments will apply.

Rules of Play Rules USGA and Local Rules will apply. Play the ball as it lies. In stroke play, if a competitor is doubtful of his rights or the correct procedure during the play of a hole, he may, without penalty, complete the hole with two balls. The player must announce that he intends to play two balls and which ball he wishes to count if the rules permit.

Rules Notes • Trenching around mulch areas in considered Ground Under Repair. • Relief is allowed from sprinkler head and drains that interfere with the line of play for balls lying on the closely mowed areas within two club lengths of the green. • Stones in the bunkers are deemed to be movable obstructions. • Line of sight relief is granted from fans around greens. • On #9 North, if the ball is lost in the clubhouse area, the spot where the ball crossed the outermost limits of the obstruction must be determined and the player may go to his nearest point of relief from that spot, no penalty. There must be reasonable evidence that the ball is lost in the obstruction. • Freshly sodded areas are GUR. Free drop, nearest point of relief, no closer to the hole.

Dress Code Please be reminded of the Raintree Country Club Dress Code Policy: Lakeside Grille: Men must wear collared or mock-collared shirts. T-shirts of any kind are not permitted. Ball caps are not allowed to be worn in the upstairs dining area of the Grille after 5:30pm. Golf Course & Practice Facilities: • Traditional golf attire is considered collared shirts, slacks, or Bermuda length shorts. • Shirts must be tucked in at all times and cap bills must be worn in the forward position. • No denim, tank tops, or t-shirts are allowed at any time on the golf courses or in the Golf Shop. While in the Clubhouse, golf shoes may only be worn in the Golf Shop, Locker Rooms and Lakeside Grille. Friday & Saturday Evening Events: Casual Golf Attire is permitted. No Jeans allowed.
