A journey it is from the road called Shy to the street named Leadership One would stop and laugh at the neighborhood called Growing Up. Smelokuhle traveled in all the street names that offered her nothing but leadership growth She explored and accepted challenges; it's amazing that change doesn’t seem to scare her I’m starting to believe that prep class to leadership did the magic. Its interesting how enthusiastic and optimistic she has become.

You can’t miss it when she is sick. Maybe mom can agree with me that her mind seems to be in an adrenaline rush state but very organized. Her atticulation of words and sentence construction make you want to confirm her age. Seriously, her character is intricate, and I hope that her foundation is directed closely to God Almighty I pray that her point of reference is always Christ Jesus himself, so that nothing shifts her from purpose

Smelokuhle is very selective of who she befriends but friendly to everyone She speaks her mind but never seems to be in physical fights. Her strong, bold character allows her to shift mountains. She is so easy, I can write a book. Goodbyes are hard, especially to the genuine at heart.

I wish her nothing but the best in life. May God Almighty use her to shape and change the world for the better. I will forever love and miss you, baby girl. I hope to see you at aftercare or Saturday school in more years to come On behalf of all the educators, go shine bright and florish Nana

I believe that the best decision my parents have ever taken concerning my future was to enrol me at Dream Child Christian Recreational Space. Upon joining this team - “Education” became a friend I didnt understand until “Learning” was just part of our game Everything we ventured in had to do with school and life preparation. Little did i know that, one day i will graduate as a tiny dynamite - looking forward for a big school

all I can say is that this day was exciting. I couldin’t wait to get to school Moments of treasure indeed. Its was sure a colourful one, we didnt even touch a book - we had so much goodies.

FATHER’S DAY

Have you noticed, how a father would come back from work and look forward to a hot cup of tea/coffee. .

As we learn to appreciate the little and big things fathers do to keep us happy

I thank God Almighty for the privilege of being part Dream Child Christian Recreational Space. We honestly had fun in our own tried and true ways

ACTIVITIES

Mandela Day

I am not sure, why 67 minutes As we get a chance to chant, and clean around the area, I learned that we must take care of our environment Take care of the elderly in our communities

We have always spoken a lot of qoutes and my favourite is . Mandela once said “A winner is a dreamer who never gives up”

Heritage Day

I think heritage day serves as a reminder that before the electric stoves, hoovers, washing machines and lawn mowers. Our great grans parents used their hands to survives and actually - it may have been their pride and joy.

This may be a true essence of life. Where families gather and share little things that nature give.

Hope its all to it, nothing more. May we learn, embrace and follow suit to make end’s means. May God Almighty bless the works of my hands and so is my family and friends.

CAREER DAY

Dream child hope that all children get the opporutnity to learn the skill of swimming. We hope to invest more in this space and are able to cater for all our children

GUY FOX DAY

what a fun way to spend a day. We hope this day is not a platform to introduce children that they can be an opposite gender, but embrace and love themselves they way the are. May this serve as a reminder that boys grow to be fathers and girls to be mothers etc.
