Media Quotes “ One manager asked me how I could stand to do it, put my fighters in life-and-death matches,” Peltz said. “I have too much respect for the fans to give them blowouts.” “... When you fight for Peltz, you don’t get a bum. Everybody has to earn their wins.” – J.R. Jowett (Secondsout.com) “ He is one of the few guys in the world I will do business with on a handshake.’’ –Dino Duva (former President of Main Events)

“One thing Peltz has proven time and time again is that no matter what- win, lose, or draw- if you give him 100-percent as a fighter and show up to perform, he has no problem getting behind you in order to try and help you make the best of your career. Lets face it folks, its nice to try and pad a fighter’s record against guys that you bring in from all over the country but, like most true boxing fans, there is a time and place for these types of fights. It should not be used as a way to try and get your one fighter on one of the three platforms on cable.” –Luis A Cortes III (maxboxing.com) “ J Russell Peltz and Jolene Mizzone’s matchmaking has been a huge part of our success along with BAM Promotions.” –Kathy Duva (Main Events) “ When you hear things like Russell Peltz is a small promoter, don’t be fooled. Russell is one of the best that ever lived.” –Naazim Richardson (Bernard Hopkins’ trainer) “ I thought of J Russell Peltz, who, if he had his druthers, would have every fight, top-to-bottom, produce this kind of pulse-pounding action. Because he succeeded in doing so far more than he failed, his name is rightfully etched into the Hall of Fame’s roll call.” –Lee Groves (The Ring)
