“ The idea of a house is extended to the design of a “RETREAT”, which as a typol ogy offers a wider spectrum of understanding the definition of “HOUSE” ranging anywhere between permanent/fleeting, comfortable/bare, open/ closed, public/private so on and so forth. ”

Cluster of volumes are designed to integrate the house as much as possible into the forest.
Each program is separated within its own volume.

Each basic module has a single bed that is supported by the tube’s walls and has a metal and glass framing around the entrance.
The center contains up to 15 stacked pieces due to the strength of the tubes, with an external stairway leading to the top levels.

Idea is to combine the functionality and aesthetics of the two different architectural approaches to create a sense of community
The complex is separated into residential and commercial sections that link to the neighboring beach. Roof gardens give platforms for residents and employees to enjoy amazing views.
The complex’s commercial section is located on the lower two floors, while all of the other floors are residential sections.
