The commercial hub is designed as a one stop destination for all the commercial activities. The planning was done in a way which would accumulate the office and the retail spaces with the recreational areas. The prime focus was on breaking the voluminous built structure with landscaping elements.

The site had large no. of trees which were retained and used in site development. Access from all the four roads helped in dividing the building into blocks and each blocks could have different building characteristics. High rise buildings in the area obstructs the landscape view which resulted in providing lush green areas inside the hub.

My role in this project was to propose a building that would cater to all the needs of the people. I provided concept diagrams and zoning modules with different iterations along with schematic plans of the whole complex. Also, provided 3D renders and walkthrough for that helped the person to understand the space better

Working Drawings

Various Projects | 2022-23

Behind every successful architectural project lies a foundation of meticulous planning and attention to detail. In the case of our project, I took great pride in creating comprehensive and precise detailed working drawings that served as the blueprint for the realization of the design vision.

The detailed working drawings encompassed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and technical specifications. They provided a comprehensive guide for contractors, builders, and craftsmen to interpret and implement the design with precision and accuracy.

Through these drawings, I communicated critical information such as dimensions, materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Each element was carefully specified and documented, leaving no room for ambiguity and ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the construction phase.
