The Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc., is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information This data privacy notice outlines how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data in connection with the Gabii sa Kabilin (GSK) event Free Ticket Registration and sharing of information to the designated GSK participating sites set as claiming hubs: University of San Jose Recoletos, University of San Carlos, University of the Philippines Cebu, The Kabilin Center, Casa Gorordo Museum, Ayala Center Cebu, and Ayala Central Bloc. GSK Free Ticket Registration starts on March 15, 2024, and ends on March 30, 2024. The claiming of the GKS free tickets will run during the month of April, according to what has been scheduled by the claiming hubs.
Gabii sa Kabilin is an annual event where museums and heritage sites are open to the public for one night from 6 p.m. to midnight. Initiated in 2007 by RAFI, Gabii sa Kabilin aims to celebrate Cebu’s rich heritage, cultivate a sense of identity and pride of place among Cebuanos, and help preserve local culture and heritage by encouraging Cebuanos to visit museums. With just one ticket, participants can visit participating museums and heritage sites and enjoy special activities and presentations, unlimited rides on designated buses, and a free tartanilla (local horse-driven carriage) ride. Participating sites vary every year, but they always include a mix of educational institutions, places of worship, public historical buildings and spaces, museums, and galleries.
Collection
The RAFI Culture and Heritage Unit and Communications, Advocacy & Partnerships collects the following information: to know the identity for ticket claims, to determine eligibility for GSK free tickets, to provide communication on eligibility confirmation, for participant profiling, and to confirm proof of identity.

The above data is collected for the following purposes:
• The personal information of participants who register for the GSK free tickets will be reviewed and authenticated by the GSK Committee upon registration and claiming. This is to know and confirm identity for the ticket claim, to determine eligibility for availing of the GSK Free ticket, and to provide communication on the eligibility of confirmation with marketing, and to be used in participant profiling as part of a marketing study.
• The distribution list in printed form will be disclosed to the official claiming hubs 1–2 weeks before ticket claiming, and a physical ID matching what has been selected in the registration form will be presented upon claiming.
• The hard copy of the distribution list will be returned at the end of the duration of ticket claiming.
Retention and Disposal
Your personal information collected will be stored in a database for manual (6 months) and digital (5 years), after which physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized and deleted.

Only authorized RAFI Culture and Heritage Unit, Communications, Advocacy & Partnerships, and GSK Partner Sites designated claiming hubs: University of San Jose Recoletos, University of San Carlos, University of the Philippines Cebu, The Kabilin Center, Casa Gorordo Museum, Ayala Center Cebu, and Ayala Central Bloc can access this personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through computerized systems, email, and hard copy. We have put in place the appropriate technical, organizational, and physical protection measures to protect your personal information.
