DESIGN-BID-BUILD DELIVERY METHOD

Working with the accountable team at Rafael Construction provided our project with value by coming in under budget and on schedule. The project team navigated through material cost escalations, increased material lead items, and labor shortage, without any major impact to our delivery schedule. Rafael continued to support our organization after the project was completed by being available and responsive to complete additional work not originally a part of the scope and addressing warranty items in a timely manner. Building Hope Real Estate values the working relationship with Rafael Construction and we look forward to delivering future projects with their team.
