Radio Madhuban was launched on 18th January, 2011 and took the complete professional shape by March, 2011. Our radio station broadcasts 24x7. The fresh programs are currently scheduled from 6am to 10pm every day.
All our plans are created with a view to uplift the people in left-out sections of the society. Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment and Agriculture are the fields, which we feel the need to focus continuously.
We have seen that there is a great deal of physical service that needs to be done for the poorer sections of society in the local community, to help them lead a better life. Also the purpose of Radio Madhuban is to cater to the physical and more basic needs of people in this area.
Broadcasting Radio Madhuban-90.4FM is the first broad-casting license from the Government of India for the Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishva Vidyalaya and first value based community radio station in Rajasthan. Radio Madhuban is driven by the goal of serving the community by identifying and fulfilling their needs. The broadcasting content is based on value education, women empowerment, invoking positivity in people’s heart, energizing their spirits with happiness, yogik & organic agriculture, environment, motivational and virtue-based songs, etc. Health, hygiene, safety are the other areas under focus.
Professionals in the field of radio management and content development have been in close contacts with us from time to time to offer their services. Their efforts have helped the team with production, RJ’ing, sound engineering, transmission, program designing etc. Attending the 1st “Community Radio Sammelan” in Delhi helped us get a first hand experience of how community radio stations function. We had an opportunity of visiting other CRS in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and other cities.
To empower them by way of information, interaction, involvement by organizing drives, by addressing basic hygiene issues, healthcare initiatives, women empowerment, deaddiction and agriculture. We have to entertainingly improve the lives of people of this district and make them expose to the outside world to be more socail.
Creative Innovation
Our thoughts create our lives It is a phrase that typifies us to approach. No doubt, physical efforts need to be made. But in addition, we can work on our mind set to be doubly effective. To help farmers have a bumper crop, we have created a capsule that encourages farmers to visualize a balanced rainfall this rainy season.
Achievements Our organization is a leading value educational organization. The team behind the community radio station believes in making lives better by educating and guiding the listeners in a holistic and sound way. The first successful endeavor of Radio Madhuban is ‘Project Shiksha’.
This is to help them realize that when a group of people with a positive mindset command something to happen, even nature complies. This will help them understand that it is not only good seeds, good soil or other resources, but our thoughts itself are a resource that can be used just like any other resource.
Through this project, we collected enough stationery for 100 children in 5 days and the same was distributed among needy children. with the help of St. johns School, Abu Road. Page 1

Newsletter Mera Gaon Mera Anchal ‘Mera Gaon Mera Anchal’ is the second largest project undertaken by Radio Madhuban. The Radio Madhuban team covered around 60 villages in 2 weeks spreading awareness about Radio Madhuban Programs and interacting with the villagers, knowing their culture and necessities.
Jan-June 2011 The villagers were very cooperative and enjoyed interacting with the team. Many sects, cultures, schools, temples, hospitals, farmers were covered under these interactive sessions. It enabled us to see the villages from the eyes of local people and also identify the needs of the common folk. Since then the programs have been designed accordingly.
India is very rich in heritage, culture and so are her people. We find so many talents around us. Most of the times, they are over looked. Their skill is their livelihood. Radio Madhuban has approached few of them. In an interaction with one of our RJs, he shared that though he wanted to study but he could not because of poverty. It takes the whole day for him to make each idol. In spite all this he is very happy and proud about the ‘creator’ inside.

agro-methods have been famous all around the globe since independence. Even today 60% of the population is dependent on agriculture and other farming related practices for their livelihood. In the past few decades, the environmental consequences and degrading farming practices have deteriorated land in most parts, creating a problematic scenario. To curb this situation, Radio Madhuban
Agriculture University, Dantivada, Gujarat to share the idea of Yogic Farming with the farmers and faculty alike. To create awareness among farmers about the easy, cheap and eco-friendly methods of Yogic Farming. The researchers of the University were highly impressed by the miraculous results of experiments conducted in the field of Yogic Farming and acclaimed it as the new revolution in agriculture.

Serving the community is the main objective of Radio Madhuban. 50% of the content is generated by local community. Radio Madhuban is easily approachable and open to everyone. The community feels ease to approach radio station. Mr. Bala Krishna from Pindawara who is our regular listener, accompanied by his tabala player and his son, performed Rajasthani folk songs and entertained the listeners. It has become a platform for the community to present their talent.

Baal VyaktitvA Vikaas Shivir One day Camp for Tribal Young-Youth It is said that values are like inherent hidden diamonds. On this way, a one day camp was arranged for 50 Students and teachers of Government Middle School of village Ker, in the Brahma Kumaris Shantivan complex. The Ker village is located 50 Km away from Abu Road, in the hilly area.

It was thus proven that hidden values could be up-lifted and empowered by proper care and training. It was like a lucky lottery for them; they enjoyed the games, various activities like drawing, painting and different cultural activities. Along with this they visited various departments in Shantivan complex like solar cooking system, Radio station etc. The smile of young children really enhanced the environment and surroundings.

Inauguration of the On Air Studio- Shantivan With the Blessings and inspiration of Supreme God Father Shiva, the value based Radio Madhuban 90.4 FM was launched with a dream to inspire and motivate the local community, which is enriched with culture and talent. On 18th Jan 2011 it was a really wonderful gift to extend and expand government schemes to the public as well as the public voice to the Government. Radio Madhuban empowers young children, women, hidden and leftout masses and is the only moral support for senior citizens. In today’s environment where the media is after the money to earn which ever means and feed any kind of news and messages may not be useful for the public, where as Radio Madhuban uplifts and gives moral support to the society. It is a very powerful tool to eradicate the social evils like female feticide, illiteracy, child-marriage etc. hfrom the society and gives awareness to protect individuals from drug addiction.
