Radio Madhuban was launched on 18th January, 2011 and took the complete professional shape by March, 2011. Our radio station broadcasts 24x7. The fresh programs are currently scheduled from 6am to 10pm every day.
All our plans are created with a view to uplift the people in left-out sections of the society. Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment and Agriculture are the fields, which we feel the need to focus continuously.
We have seen that there is a great deal of physical service that needs to be done for the poorer sections of society in the local community, to help them lead a better life. Also the purpose of Radio Madhuban is to cater to the physical and more basic needs of people in this area.
Broadcasting Radio Madhuban-90.4FM is the first broad-casting license from the Government of India for the Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishva Vidyalaya and first value based community radio station in Rajasthan. Radio Madhuban is driven by the goal of serving the community by identifying and fulfilling their needs. The broadcasting content is based on value education, women empowerment, invoking positivity in people’s heart, energizing their spirits with happiness, yogik & organic agriculture, environment, motivational and virtue-based songs, etc. Health, hygiene, safety are the other areas under focus.
Professionals in the field of radio management and content development have been in close contacts with us from time to time to offer their services. Their efforts have helped the team with production, RJ’ing, sound engineering, transmission, program designing etc. Attending the 1st “Community Radio Sammelan” in Delhi helped us get a first hand experience of how community radio stations function. We had an opportunity of visiting other CRS in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and other cities.
To empower them by way of information, interaction, involvement by organizing drives, by addressing basic hygiene issues, healthcare initiatives, women empowerment, deaddiction and agriculture. We have to entertainingly improve the lives of people of this district and make them expose to the outside world to be more socail.
Creative Innovation
Our thoughts create our lives It is a phrase that typifies us to approach. No doubt, physical efforts need to be made. But in addition, we can work on our mind set to be doubly effective. To help farmers have a bumper crop, we have created a capsule that encourages farmers to visualize a balanced rainfall this rainy season.
Achievements Our organization is a leading value educational organization. The team behind the community radio station believes in making lives better by educating and guiding the listeners in a holistic and sound way. The first successful endeavor of Radio Madhuban is ‘Project Shiksha’.
This is to help them realize that when a group of people with a positive mindset command something to happen, even nature complies. This will help them understand that it is not only good seeds, good soil or other resources, but our thoughts itself are a resource that can be used just like any other resource.
Through this project, we collected enough stationery for 100 children in 5 days and the same was distributed among needy children. with the help of St. johns School, Abu Road. Page 1
