RFS AWS

Training Program A mark of end-to-end quality assurance.

INTRODUCTION

Assured Wireless Solutions (AWS) for End-to-End Quality As wireless connectivity expectations continue to rise across every environment— buildings, transport systems, campuses, tunnels, and industrial facilities—the communication industry faces a constant challenge to ensure end-to-end quality from system design through to deployment. Poor installations are common and often lead to costly rework, service issues, and dissatisfied end users. The RFS Assured Wireless Solution (AWS) Program addresses these challenges by ensuring excellence at every stage. From best-in-class technologies to equipping installers with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to deliver dependable, futureready solutions – AWS is a mark of end-to-end quality assurance.

What is the AWS Program? The Assured Wireless Solutions (AWS) program is an RFS-led initiative designed to deliver end-to-end confidence in the design, deployment, and long-term performance of wireless infrastructure. AWS combines RFS’s high-quality technologies together with local expert design and installation. Working alongside our AWS partners – RFS-trained and certified installers and system integrators - AWS ensures that every deployment achieves optimal system design for full compliance and reliable, long-term performance. RFS accredits all AWS partners to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to maximize the performance of infrastructure investments in any environment, including manufacturing, energy, transport, and MNO infrastructure. AWS is part of RFS’s commitment to quality assurance that gives end users confidence in the long-term reliability and future-proof operation of their infrastructure investments.

ENSURE NETWORK

QUALITY | RELIABILITY | LONGEVITY

Why Become an AWS Partner The AWS Program reinforces confidence across the entire wireless ecosystem, from installers and integrators through to building owners, system integrators, and mobile network operators. -> Incorrect installation practices can significantly reduce system performance and lifespan. This commonly results in: •

Interference, service degradation, and coverage gaps

•

Avoidable maintenance costs

•

Additional costs to replace equipment damaged during installation

•

Unsafe or non-compliant cable routing and grounding

•

Equipment cannot reach its performance potential

•

Lack of confidence across the ecosystem

“

AWS training ensures installers are equipped to prevent these issues from day one. Benefits for AWS Partners (Installers & Integrators)

Benefits for End Users

•

Greater credibility and trust with end customers

•

•

Direct referrals via RFS Installer Register

A robust, fully documented wireless solution built to industry-leading standards

•

Access to product, application and design training

•

A network designed by trained professionals using proven RFS solutions

•

Early visibility of new technologies and solutions

•

Installation that allows equipment to achieve maximum performance

•

Optimised solution pricing and technical support

•

AWS Assurance certification to reinforce the promise of long-term performance and reliability

Becoming an AWS Partner RFS provides a structured, hands-on training program designed to raise installation standards across the industry. Our approach blends practical skills development with the technical foundations needed for high-quality, compliant installations.

Course Levels & Training Content

The AWS Training Program is divided into two learning paths to support installers with both installation and system design. This structure ensures participants receive the right training for their skill level, customer base, and day‑to‑day installation requirements. 
