BRUSH SANDING MACHINE (RK-200-PRO) - MANUAL

Thank you for purchasing our machine! We hope this machine can solve your problem in the aspect of sanding and bring new experiences during use.

This operation instruction provides some notes about the machine such as the machine parameter, basic operation and routine maintenance. In order to use this machine correctly, please read this instruction carefully before installation.

Please pay particular attention to the following items:

1. Cutoffthepowersourcebeforewiring.

2. Pleasedo notstoreanythingin theelectricalbox.

3. When the power is turned off, please don't touch the machine in five minutes, because the current will still exist in the frequency convertor for about five minutes.

4. Thismachine worksunderthreephasewithoutzeroline.

Key Parameters

Operation Instructions

（1） Connect the power and make sure the Emergency switch is popup.

（2） Adjust the rotary switch of the frequency convertor and make sure the number in the screen is not 0.00.

（3） Start the machine and adjust the rotary switch of frequency convertor to a proper speed according to the hardness of the sanding material.

（4） Stop the machine when the sanding work is done.

The Replacement of Sandpaper

（1） Take down the black rubber ring at one end of the roller.

（2） Pull out the sandpaper that needs changed. Please use pincher to pull them out if it is tight between the sandpaper and the grooves.

（3） Insert new sandpaper into the grooves.

（4） Put the rubber ring back when all is done.

Trouble shooting

（1） When the machine is out of operation, please check the following items: If the power is connected; If the electric wires are bad contacted; The number on the screen is 0.00 or not; If the emergency switch is press down.

（2） When the frequency convertor is out of work, please check if the convertor is breakdown or if the parameter setting is wrong.

Routine Maintenance

Caution ：Make sure that all maintenance work is performed when the machine is shut down and the power is turned off!

（1） Keep the workplace dry and clean.

（2） Clean the wood chips on time, so as to extend the replacement cycle of the sandpaper.

（3） Pay attention to the abrasion of the sandpaper and change it on time.

Attention: Maintenance period should be lengthened or shorten properly according to the using-frequency of the machine!
