PNEUMATIC CHUCK
The 6m rotary axis enables precise cutting of tubes and profiles in different materials and thicknesses. The dual chuck, servo drive, and stable movement provide fast, reliable, and efficient processing of both sheets and profiles on a single machine, without additional repositioning.
The high-speed pneumatic chuck is specifically designed for processing round and square tubes and profiles with diameters from 10 to 120mm, optionally up to 240mm. Stable clamping and precise operation enable reliable, fast, and productive batch cutting with high accuracy.

ATC AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION
The heavy-duty welded frame is manufactured using precise CO₂ welding and thermal treatment at 600°C. Final precision machining ensures high stability, minimal vibration, and accuracy of up to 0.02mm over 3m during long-term operation.
The Hanli chiller with dual cooling circuits provides active heat dissipation and stable temperature control. With precise temperature regulation of ±0.5°C and an operating range of 5°C–35°C, it ensures reliable protection, stable performance, and long-term safe operation of the laser source.
