PNEUMATIC ROLLERS
Two pneumatic rollers apply pressure to the tape with adjustable regulators. Provide consistent and even pressure, guaranteeing secure adhesion of the edging tape without material deformation.
Allows the application of adhesive residue cleaning agents on the panel. Ensures a clean and professional edge finish, ready for final processing or assembly.
Precise cutting of panel edges with two saw blades and high spindle speeds (12,000 RPM). Delivers stable and precise cuts, producing perfectly prepared edges for further processing.
The flat scraping unit is used to remove micro-ripples and marks left during the milling process. This operation ensures a cleaner, more even, and smoother finish on both the upper and lower surfaces of the panel.
UNIT
Precise processing of the upper and lower panel parts with two radius routers (R1, R2, R3) and high spindle speeds (12,000 RPM). Ensure perfectly rounded edges, contributing to a professional and aesthetically refined final product.
Final panel finishing by polishing for an even smoother surface. Polishing units eliminate fine residues and machining marks, leaving a high-gloss surface with a professional appearance.
The corner rounding unit enables precise machining of both front and rear edges, significantly enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the panel. Thanks to a single high-frequency motor, this operation requires minimal space within the machine.
