EDGE BANDING MACHINE
The edge banding machine from RADEK’s premium series is equipped with numerous functions to achieve a perfect finish on every produced piece. It is ideal for industries looking to improve production and increase edge banding capacity up to a speed of 23 meters per minute. A large touchscreen display allows for automatic panel thickness adjustment. Its robust construction ensures stability and reliability during operation. An additional unit with press wheels has been added to eliminate the possibility of panel movement during processing.
Compared to the standard model, the RK-5ALL-PREMIUM+ comes with several practical upgrades: a quick-change glue pot with 2 glue pots included in the set, additional flat scrapers for a cleaner finish, 3 automatic lubrication pumps, a 21.5-inch display with a user-friendly interface, and the option for horizontal drilling.

Allows the application of adhesive residue remover on the panel. Applied before the panel enters the edge banding machine, in order to prevent unwanted particles from sticking and to keep the edges clean. SPRAYING UNIT
PRE-MILLING UNIT
Designed to eliminate cutting damage and guarantee a flat surface ideal for gluing. Made with diamond cutters and additional blowers to remove residue from the work piece for quality tape adhesion. Control of two pre-freesers is done with high-quality pneumatic cylinders.
PNEUMATIC ROLLERS
Six pneumatic rollers (4 identical, 1 larger diameter and 1 with rubber material) ensure pressure for excellent tape adhesion. This configuration ensures uniform and reliable contact with the edge, resulting in a high-quality finish.

ROUGH TRIMMING UNIT
Precise processing of the upper and lower part of the panel with two flat routers and high spindle speeds (12,000 RPM).
Preheats the panels, essential for high-quality edge banding, particularly important in winter. The preheating function prepares the edge banding surface, allowing better bonding with the material and higher quality.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION
The canister is designed for adhesive granules, with a 4-liter capacity, enabling precise adjustment of adhesive quantity to avoid over or under application.
The RK-5ALL-PREMIUM+ is equipped with a quickchange glue pot, enabling faster operation and easier maintenance. The standard set includes 2 glue pots –one can be used for white glue and the other for transparent glue, or it can serve as a backup while the first one is being cleaned.

CORNER ROUNDING UNIT
Precise corner finishing on both sides of the panel with two radius routers (R1, R2, R3) and high spindle speeds (18,000 RPM).
ADDITIONAL FLAT SCRAPERS RADIUS SCRAPING UNIT
Scrapers with a radius for edge finishing to ensure smoothness.
Allows the application of adhesive residue cleaning agents on the panel.
In addition to the standard radius scrapers, the RK-5ALL-PREMIUM+ also features additional flat scrapers. This provides even better finishing, a cleaner surface, and a higher-quality edge appearance.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The RK-5ALL-PREMIUM+ is equipped with 3 automatic lubrication pumps, unlike the standard version which features 1 automatic and 2 manual lubrication points. The automatic system enables easier maintenance, more stable operation, and a longer lifespan of mechanical components.
The return conveyor is an intelligent solution that significantly increases productivity and reduces the need for labor. Compatible with the RK-5ALL-PREMIUM edgebander, this conveyor automatically returns the processed workpiece to the operator, allowing full operation by a single person—without any additional assistance.
The optional horizontal drilling unit includes a sensor that tracks the workpiece and precisely determines the drilling position. It is an excellent solution in combination with CNC nesting – vertical drilling is performed on the CNC machine, while horizontal drilling is completed on the edgebander. It also enables preparation for dowel and eccentric connector systems.
THE RETURN CONVEYOR
The return conveyor is an intelligent solution that significantly increases productivity while reducing the need for additional labor. Fully compatible with the RK-5ALL-PREMIUM edgebander, this conveyor automatically returns the processed workpiece back to the operator, enabling complete operation by just one person—without extra assistance.
With this addition, the RK-5ALL-PREMIUM becomes even more functional, especially for workshops with a limited number of operators that require continuous workflow and maximum efficiency.
