DUST EXTRACTION
Consists of 4 zones with horizontal, circular, and long brushes, which can be independently adjusted according to the type of material being processed. Each zone features two rows of brushes rotating in opposite directions, clockwise and counterclockwise.
Sanding is a labor-intensive process and a stage of production that no worker looks forward to. For this reason, this machine is essential across industries, as it enables increased production capacity and reduces the need for manual labor in the processing workflow.
Material movement is enabled by a high-quality rubber conveyor belt and rubber rollers that stabilize the workpiece at two positions, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted material transport without causing damage.
The control panel allows independent adjustment of each working zone, including activation, rotational speed control, and oscillation adjustment. Additionally, it enables the activation of the conveyor belt and adjustment of the processing height.
The sanding belts are divided into four zones, with 7 horizontal brushes in the first zone, 9+9 circular brushes in the second and third zones, and 2 long brushes in the fourth or final zone. The grit size of the sanding belts can be selected according to the type of material being processed.
The upper section of the machine features 8 dust extraction outlets with a diameter of Ø100 mm for efficient dust removal. The machine comes equipped with an internal installation of flexible dust extraction hoses.
