Hello! I am an English/Hong Kong artist, illustrator, and Architect. Rachelle Nuit Atelier was set up in summer 2019 (named in 2017) to inspire everyone to create, as well as to bring joy and peace into people’s homes and daily lives.
In 2024, my work “French Breakfast” was exhibited in the Spring show in Rocketvan cafe. My “Lion and Lamb” collection was exhibited in the “I WILL” exhibition, Elephant and Castle, in 2022. Previous to these 2 exhibitions, I participated in an art market in Bristol, worked as a part-time graphic designer in Asymptote, an online literary magazine.
My design style is diverse, spirited and emotive.
Influenced by impressionism and contemporary illustrations, I specialise in visual art and works mainly with watercolour, ink, acrylic, oil and pencil.
Aside from personalised paintings, my art examines colours, divinity and the quotidian of humanity.
