Gonzaba Scope of Work 9/11/24 Project: Consulting for Art Installation in Gonzaba Atrium Skylight
Basic Scope of Services: As the consultant, Rachel will act as the liaison between the client and the artist in overseeing the project, staying on budget, moving according to the timeline, and prioritizing the client’s vision and mission. She will handle all correspondence in regard to the project, discuss with the artist and/or artists, prepare the proposals, visit the studios to inspect the art, manage the installation, and handle anything art related to the project. She will also perform the necessary research and provide the resources as required/asked by her client when it comes to pricing, shipping, art handling, and etc.
Fee: $125 an hour Estimated Fee for Project: Est. 35- 50 hours $4,375 - $6,250
