I'm a big believer in holistic medicine and its importance to overall health, so much so that I feel like everyone should have access to seeing a holistic therapist or doctor because it's necessary for survival these days. It's more effective to go into treatment with an open mind and a willingness to succeed while also keeping in mind the side effects that are possible from taking any kind of medication. You should only do it if it's necessary but when you need help sometimes there isn't another option when all other methods have failed.
