Marketing Commitment Proposal

The following are services that we will provide to help market and advertise the property once the listing agreement is signed:

1. Hands-On assistance in preparing the property for selling i.e. contact Stager, coordinate house clearing/hauling companies, painter, handyman, ect, and obtain their availability and negotiate the best fee for their services.

2. Customized marketing including professional interior, exterior, & drone photography, virtual oor plan, personalized copy, 8-page photo brochure, mailer to the neighborhood, and more…

3. Entered in the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which broadcasts to over 1,200 local agents and their clients.

4. Schedule and host an advertised Broker’s Open House to allow agents to tour the home.

5. Schedule and host advertised Public Open Houses on Saturday and/or Sunday throughout the listing period.

6. Publish a Full-Page Print Advertisement in the Santa Barbara Independent the week of launching the listing. Regular advertisements in the Independent and Santa Barbara New Press throughout the listing period.

7. Regular Social Media promotions on Douglas & Associates’ and Berkshire Hathaway’s Instagram and Facebook pages.

8. Weekly Digitial Marketing Campaigns sent directly to Local Agents, Los Angeles Agents, Ventura Agents, San Diego Agents, and our personal business list.

9. Regular reports on progress and activity as well as a Weekly Marketing Update emailed to you, which will include copies of advertisements featuring your property, digital analytics, and all other marketing efforts. Additionally, you will receive regular weekly reports on market trends and conditions.
