Royal Ambassador recently conducted a survey to gather feedback from its residents and owners on their experience. The findings of the survey were quite positive, with both tenants and owners expressing high levels of satisfaction.

Based on the owners’ survey responses, Royal Ambassador scored the highest in the category of “Cleanliness and Maintenance” with a score of 8.9 out of 10.
Additionally, Royal Ambassador scored second highest for its “response time to repair/maintenance requests”. This indicates that Royal Ambassador is doing an excellent job in maintaining the properties and addressing any issues in a timely manner.
The residents’ survey revealed that 89.47% of tenants responded with “Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied” with their rental experience. Moreover, the satisfaction rate for both “Maintenance and repairs” and “Response time for addressing issues” was 89%, which is a great result.
According to the feedback provided by tenants in the survey, some of the positive notes about Royal Ambassador include prompt maintenance response, great location, friendly staff, clean and well-maintained property, good amenities, safe and secure environment, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, reasonable rent prices, and beautiful landscaping.
Location, affordability, and size/layout were the top three factors that tenants considered while choosing a rental property. An email was the most preferred communication channel for tenants to communicate with their landlords, followed by phone calls and inperson meetings.
The majority of respondents rated their rental experience as “good” (49.3%) or “excellent” (30.5%). Furthermore, the feedback provided by Royal Ambassador’s tenants for the overall maintenance and security of the buildings was 83.3%, which indicates that the leasing and operations teams are doing a great job.
Overall, the survey results indicate that Royal Ambassador is committed to providing high-quality service to their residents and owners. The efforts to maintain the properties and address any issues in a timely manner are clearly reflected in the survey results, which is great news for tenants and owners alike.
