The 30th Annual Austin Pride Parade and Festival had to be cancelled because of COVID-19, so QWELL/Austin Outpost started FreePrideFlag.com and distributed 2,500 rainbow flags all over Greater Austin. This booklet was deleivered with each rainbow flag.
