$200 minimum order. New accounts: prepaid, all major credit cards accepted. Include credit sheet to establish terms net 30. Established accounts: net 30. Customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, if payment is not made.
Condition of Sale:
All orders must be paid for no later than 30 days from the invoice date. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks. We may limit or refuse orders to protect existing customers’ territories.
Shipping:
Fob MA within 3-4 business days of receipt. All orders shipped via ups ground within the continental USA, unless otherwise stated, or via priority mail elsewhere. Freight charges are added to each invoice.
Claims + Returns:
Any claims for damaged or mis-shipped items must be made within 3 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted.
