Communities Dedicated to Health and Wellness

Nestled between the bustling city of DC and the hills of West Virginia, you can find the active suburban community of Ashburn Village in Loudoun County, Virginia. Loudoun County frequently ranks high as one of America’s Healthiest and Wealthiest communities. Created in the late 1980’s, this planned community is the perfect place for young families, grown and flown parents and active adults to live.

Outdoor Living

With over 500 acres of common areas, plenty of green space, 16 miles of community trails, and direct access to the famous 45-mile Washington and Old Dominion Rail trail, Ashburn Village makes it easy for its residents to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. 19 tennis courts, 4 basketball courts, 1 baseball field, 2 soccer fields, 2 sand volleyball courts, 4 outdoor pools and 8 playgrounds found around the community. During the warmer months, the community lakes are stocked with fish for fishing, and pedal boats and kayak/canoes are available to use in the marina.

Indoor Recreation

In addition to the many outdoor amenities, one of the largest community recreation facilities in the state of Virginia can be found in Ashburn Village. The Ashburn Sports Pavilion is a 32,130 square foot state-of-the-art facility, featuring a variety of cardio equipment, a cycle studio, a group exercise studio and a full selection of strength training equipment. Members of any age can enjoy the over complimentary 50 group fitness classes, a full-size gymnasium, two (2) racquetball courts, a robust aquatics program, and an award winning tennis program, offering USTA instructional programming and league play on six (6) courts, of which four (4) courts are under a heated air dome during the winter months.

As if that wasn’t enough, AVSP also offers a licensed after-school program, summer camps, a variety of family programs, workshops, specialty fitness programs, pickleball, and child-care for residents while using the facility.

Community
